question about Vegas Regal

Hi folks, just a question for you guys and girls out there.....Now I'm not saying anything bad as I do appreciate the bonuses they give, but looking back at all the post on Vegas Regal, I see sooo sooo many people asking for freebies and getting them. I just asked the rep if I could have one....[ since they have been here I have recieved $25, $25, and $10] Now I get a reply today stating that I was not eligable for any chips because I had claimed 21 already.....the 21 chips he's talking about are all the halloween, labor day ect...the chips that are given out to all customers and included were the few he gave me.......Just curious as to how many of you guys got a bunch of freebies from them...[not counting the ones that are for everyone, just counting special chips that were givien to you by Nic himself] and have NOT made a deposit........Maybe I'm wrong and everyone else gets this same reply as me, but after reading all the post and seeing everyone getting $50, $75, check your accounts I left something nice...ect, I really feel I'm being left out............................... :'(

To be honest goldenboy, if you have not made a deposit yet, after all of that free money, I don't think you shall have anything more. Specially not anything besides what everyone else is given.
I know I would get one immidiately if I asked, but I don't, they are giving so much already.

Goldenboy, you have absolutly no grounds to complain, you have claimed 21 free chips, and have yet to deposit, how can you expect a casino to continue to give you money for free.  You should consider yourself lucky, Vegas Regal is the most generous casino out there, and you have been able to play for free 21 times, why don't you just make a deposit?

thanks for those replies guys, but what i really wanted to know is if there are people who get the free ones without having made a deposit....i'm not complaing about not getting one, but just rather i feeleveryone else has been and don't see why i would be treated any differently.....i still like vegas regal and am grateful for the freebies they do give out, it's just that i see so many post of people asking for chips all the time and getting them, andi know alot of those people said they have yet to make a deposit.

Just remember to always play for the fun of it. Don't make a deposit if you can't afford it. It is so easy to give too much and believing you can win it back. I know I will never get back all the money I played for...but I still like it. Just trying to control myself. Good luck to you

Hey Bud, I only made one or two baby deposits there and was given prolly over $1000 in free chips by Nicolas....I got one everytime I asked for one and sometimes when I asked for just one I got 2 or 3!....my chips there never lasted for me either and then I made a few bigger deposits and lost just as quickly before I decided it wasn't worth it, never seen money go as fast as it does there.....I did just start playing at Slots Jackpot which is another rival if you like that software, they have a great opening offer, which you can find in the exclusive section, I didn't get the $1000 freeplay but I did get $100 and it lasted me ALL NIGHT...I made a deposit there for $50 after I lost the $100 and still playing today with my balance over $400 right now............I have no idea why your not getting any freebies.....sorry, maybe you should pm him and he might give you something, he does seem to be really good with that! But if I were you I would avoid making a deposit, if you think the freebies go quick, just wait till you deposit!! in reply to vegas regal. i did not demand but rather i asked like so many others do on multiple occassion and was rejected and i have seen you post to others that you left something for there request. you got over 700 pages full of the same people requesting freebies and until recently you replied with good news to them all, i haven't requested nearly as much as half the people on here..just wondering why i was so quick to be rejected, and as far as you talking about me making a post this is a forum and i have every right to ask others how they feel or have been treated i so no harm in that it's not like i said anything good or bad i simple asking a question to other members

either way i still like vegas regal and i still happy with the bonuses i do get, just having a hard time reading about all the free chips being given out by you and i get my request rejected. i missed the first trivia because of work and i tried catch you at nodepositforum on black friday and didn't know what to do after i logged in, so those to times i missed out

i just tried to make my first deposit and see that my account is now locked?

I'm sure someone is gonna come on here and try to deny it, but the free chips have nothing to do with kindness, or treating customers good....it's called marketing strategy, and a damn good one too. They give you a few free ones  try and get you hooked and make you want to deposit, then after depositing they give out a few more to keep you there. It's a business and to say that everything they do is not for their own good would be ridiculous. As many can see now that they have a gotten good word, and yes everyone likes them because of how "generous" and "attentive" they are, the chips are less frequent and support is checking the forums just a little less now and will probably continue to decline the bigger their casino gets. Consider yourself lucky that he shut you out, he prolly just saved you a few bucks!!

Goldenboy and Satansmusff are the same person. Satansmuff was banned from our casino for miss-behaving. So Satansmuff started using 'her roomies' account.

Unfortunately Satansmuff's 'roomie' played with the exact same level of blackjack strategy and played the same games. That and other evidence that we have is why goldenboy is also banned from our casino.

The forum mods can also confirm the two posters are the same person.

22x playthrough is what you can expect from gambling. It isn't good luck, but neither is it bad. The fact that you didn't meet playthrough has nothing to do with us being 'tight'. The fact that you correlate the two proves you either don't know the difference or simply want to keep dragging our name through the mud for no reason. In fact when I take bonuses out, you had about 243x play through on your deposits. Hardly 'tight'

I thought people should know that the only two people who are complaining are in reality one person that was banned that has two forum names. It seems relevant to me, and I think it will be to others.

If we win on every deposit, we'll become millionare and the casinos will be out of business.  If we play at the right time when the games are in winning cycle, thats great, if not, then we lose.  Thats why we gamble.  I won two times with Vegas Regas which covered all my losese or maybe lost a little.  Talk about "tight", just last week, I found that I couldnt hit anything not only at Vegas Regal, but with other rival casinos as well.  I uninstalled all the softwares to prevent myself from deposits cuz i know vegas regal has good promotions all year round, also Tropica.  Just reinstalled vegas regal and found $10 and $100 free, thanks Nic and Vegas Regal, other casinos are not this generous.  Yeah, the choice is your, you can decide not to play, but  dont complain if you happen to lose.  For me, I'll wait for the bad cycle gone, then make deposits, I love rival games. 

Well said, I have to say I have a great deal of respect for Nicolas, and other casino workers that work directly with their players, to have to listen to, read, and hear costant complaining from certain gamblers everytime they lose, has to be a bit overwhelming.  I feel Nicolas and Vegas Regal does an excellent job with ensuring player satisfaction, free chips constantly, great promos, excellent customer service, what else can a player ask for?  Sure there are going to be times when we lose, but also times when we win, and we need to remember that.  Keep up the great work Nicolas and Vegas Regal!

You are a experienced player, you know that multiple accounts are not allowed at casinos.

You are free to post your experience, but knowing the background of this issue, im finding it hard to believe the only reason for one of your latest posts is nothing more than just sharing what happened to you.
