I am not sure if I understand you correctly but looking at the list of casinos where I have played, they require ID and Proof of Payment, Proof of Address.

I think that there are some rules by regulation authorities which allow withdrawals accumulated up to 2300 Euro (mostly, as I remember), without ID and other documents.

But, in their T&Cs, they say something like "Casino reserve the rights to require any of relevant documents, etc', it is always safe to prepare those documents when you play with real deposits.

At Casino Club I could withdraw until I reached in total €1.200 without any documents. But the next withdraw I had to bring in verifying documents 1 time for all. All further withdraws are now without documents.

 At luckystar casino, I cashed out some small credits (45 euros) without verification.. I don't know about the big withdrawals.

If anyone else can confirm the same for Casino Club and LuckyStar, please post and I will add them to the list.

This is good for those who are afraid of sharing some of their ID information. With no ID requirement you can withdraw small amounts of winning but it's another story when it come to big money. They will still require you to submit some documentation before they manage to process your withdrawal request.

3Dice should be a good casino. I used to play there a while ago. Back than they were still download only, but have modernized since, got the games in instant play versions and redisgned a site for a more modern look. They still have 'zeitgeist' page as they call it, where they publish a lot of RTP statistics and stuff.

Software they are using is exclusive to 3Dice so the games are unique to them.
