My first withdrawal

First congratulations to your site!
Second I  would like to know your opinion, when you make a withdrawal and send your documents, usually take some care in particular? It´s because I´m gonna make my first  withdrawal. Thank you!

Congrats on your win and thanks for the awesome compliment to LCB! If you have concerns about your personal documents being safe, you can pretty much rest assured that they are in good hands.

I can understand this being your very first withdrawal having worries to hand over all your sensitive data including signatures. I know when i made my first withdrawal i too was very nervous about this.

Casinos have a very good reputation for keeping all data protected.

Just make sure that when you send copies of your credit cards you block out the "the pin" and also block out all but the first 3 digits and the last 4 digits of the card number.

regarding the fax back form that requires your signature along with all information regarding your deposit method(s). After 6+plus years playing I have never had a problem with my card being compromised.

And, remember, you are not responsible for fraudulent charges on your credit/debit card as long as you report unauthorized charges within 30 days.  So, I would suggest that you make sure you watch all transactions to your charge or debit card online so that you can immediately identify unauthorized charges and report them immediately.

The "pin" is the number on the back of the card - that will be the last 3 digits of the number.  You must block those 3 digits completely from any pictures you send.

not sure what you mean by extract banking. I wouldn't worry, as I said I have never had an issue in 6+ years. Just make sure that you stay ontop of your charged/deposits. A signature on your drivers license shouldn't be an issue. And, remember that any good hacker can find you personal information from any of your emails if they want. that is why we all need to keep watch on all of our online accounts, email and guard who we give personal information to.

I've not heard of extract banking either but I would think a driving license is quite a safe copy document to send.

Sorry, it was my mistake. I wanted to say bank statement. Today I will send all the documents, but I will come back to give news about my withdrawal.

Besure you block out all but the last 4 digits of your account number on your bank statement and I also usually block out my deposits and transactions as they don't need to see that information. they basically are verifying your name and address and possibly the last four digits of your account number if your made a deposit from that account.
