Metro Casino..... not good

So I was looking for somewhere to play tonight, wages in and about £300 to spare on gambling.

I looked on the floor and saw an old metro paper and wondered if they had a casino. I googled it and they did.

Put £150 in, they have a small range of games that play like complete rubbish.

At first I thought maybe I would at least get a bit of playing time. They had a few types of blackjack from different software providers (mind you the software looked old). Logic says that if 1 of them is playing badly the others could play ok.

I played the first blackjack game, according to my game logs it was 7x£10 hands lost in a row.

I went to the second blackjack game with my remaining £80, this time betting £5 a hand, 10 hands played, 1 hand won, 9 lost. £45 more down the pan.

I went to a third blackjack game, with my final £35, according to the game logs 6 losing hands in a row that put my balance to £1.

Before closing it off I saw their slots, some of them I knew were fun so put in a final £80, how I wished I hadnt.

Monopoly, elvis, that surfs up style game.... all playing horribly, no bonus, no free spins, in fact no win exceeding my bet value at all.

Wiped the entire balance out, I even contacted support to ask for a free chip and guess what? they wouldnt even give me 1 and to add salt to the wounds I asked them to close my account and they actually told me I have to email their support with my full details to close it.


I have played at some downright crap casinos in my lifetime, some I have said about, others I have just let go without a mention but this casinos is 1 anyone should avoid.

I can understand the thing with RNG's and sometimes certain providers slots/card games play tighter than other times but to have this luck at a casino on several different provided games means 1 thing.... Its permanently tight

Not a good experience at all Marcus.  Perhaps you should have picked a known good casino.

Yea I agree, the strange thing is I would of thought this casino would of been superb. They are known in the UK to be a free newspaper maker. You see there papers everywhere, trains, pubs, town centers.

What was another warning sign I didnt known until I made my last deposit was some of the jackpots were rather low, (im sure a "super jackpot" was barely £80, whereas the same game at other casinos has had £1000's for the "super jackpot") meaning either someone has luckily gone and had all the wins and reset the jackpot or there isnt enough players which means theres not many losers which also means there cant be many winners

I do know of the Metro newspaper and I've not found anything untoward about this casino.  I just wonder if it is not as popular as say Microgaming casinos and therefore, payouts are few and far between.  Just a thought.

I know just how you feel. If i am going to lose a bunch of money at least give me long play time to get my moneys worth. I do notice at some of the casinos it's like you have to make several deposits before it starts to warm up and by that time we are broke.

Some casinos can still set the machines on a certain payout percentage separate from the RNG. I always find new casinos and new slots are always tight when they first come out and like to wait awhile before i play. Do you know if it is a newer casino?

I hope your luck turns around and you find a casino that will pay you back in wins more then you lost at this casino.

metro casino isnt a new casino, it has been around for a long time i think, since the paper was launched near the same time, or maybe a few years old,

and that statement is true about the slots warming up and by the time they do its too late hehe, i know this well as we all do hehe

but to be honest, do online slots ever need to warm up, cos they are nothing like real life slots because they are actual machines they have to pay eventually because they can only hold soo much money before they pay, where as online slots dont need to have this limit so they could take take take take take for days weeks and months before even paying a jackpot, and if u notice too, jackpots online slots are very very rare, whereas in casinos or arcades they happen every week, i have had jackpots in arcades, but never ever had a jackpot online in the time i started playing online slots
