please explain this one to me. 
tried the no deposit bonus of of a cd they send me in the snail mail.  Ran through the playthrough, and had around 250 which they deducted everything except the 50 dollars.  talked to support, they said i could cash out the 49 dollars i had left, so i filled out the required forms and copied my DL as well as a cell phone bill with my address.  they approved the cashout on may 18th.  still no check, and when i talk to CS today, phillip tells me i cant cash out, i didnt meet the terms.  i dont understand the point of these bonuses, its obvious they dont pay out even if you beat them, and play through 2000 dollars on 50 dollars worth of chips.  freshj is my username.

The below is the warning placed on the review of this casino

They are a known rogue casino and I wouldn't hold your breath to get paid.  I assume this is the first time you have played on a free chip at this site or have you had several free chips in a row?  Did they tell you which terms you did not meet?

As far as I am aware, there is not a rep available for this site particularly because they are rogue.

Also, as you can see I moved your post to this section as only new casino reps can create threads in that section.

We were actually just recently contacted by their management and decided to allow them to join the board in order to try to resolve all the outstanding player issues.

In the past couple of years they were anything but willing to assist our members so we see this as a positive move.

However all players should be aware to avoid this casino at all cost until things change and they will certainly stay on our warning list until further notice.
