Get your documents accepted at Clubworld

Just saw someone have trouble with getting documents accepted at clubworld and I know many more players will have the same problem in the future, so I decide to post my experience about this topic, maybe zuga can get it sticky later on.  
You dont want to go thru like I've gone thru with them last month just trying to get my docs accepted.  Yes, it took almost a month, trying scan, rescan, take pictures and retake pictures of the docs, finally they accepted all my docs.  It will save you time, money and most importantly the headache if you do the following:

1/  Do not fax your documents
99% they will reject your docs because the copies dont look clear

2/  Scan your verification form and utility bill under black and white and under 300 DPI

3/  Do not take pictures of your documents if you dont have a good digital camera that you can zoom in to take pics.  If you have a camera, make sure the pictures look clear from all angles and all the numbers or letters of your name must be clear to see.  I took like a hundred of pictures of my cards, even thou the pics were clear to see for me, but for them, the pics dont look clear and sharp.  Consider to hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your documents if you have money and think that this is the only way to get your docs accepted.

4/  Scan your ID and credit cards in color and under 600 DPI and 900 DPI (just to make sure they wont tell you to rescan again)
I scanned my ID and credit cards under 600 DPI and 900 DPI and asked them to pick the best copy of each card and yes, they accepted all my copies by doing this.

Good post but tbh its too much work to get payouts going, compared to ofter RTG accepts documents first time when ive done all by using my digital camera only.
