    My name is Noah and I am the rep for Rome and Diceland Casinos.

    First of all, I am shocked to see this chat. I can assure you, that if a CS thinks he or she can act that way towards one of our players, they are sorely mistaken, and are not long for this career. I am so very sorry you had to go through such an experience.

    I know its easy to draw generalizations from one chat, but this is NOT how our CS handle themselves. Please do not think that this is the kind of service we offer. Diceland prides itself on good customer service. I know the CS manager and she will be livid to see this.

    I will be speaking with Casino management immediately, and will see to it that the person responsible is either punished or fired, and that you are compensated for this outrageous behaviour. I will update you as soon as I have more information.

  • Wow, up until a year ago I played at Rome and Diceland all the time.  Til this day I think they have the nicest customer service people so I am shocked.  Let me say I only quit playing there because my bonuses went down the tubes not because of the people.  When Noah says this problem will be taken care of u can believe him.  He is a top notch direct  customer representative here at LCB.

  • I haven't heard back from anyone yet on the situation. I have been playing online casinos for years and have never had such an experience.

  • Oh my gosh! It seems that not only was the casino rep rude, he blocked my account! Thought I would reinstall, log in and see if I had anything waiting on me after this ordeal only to find my account blocked.

    I'm sure Noah is investigating this and of course, things like this take time.  Maybe give Noah another couple of days and then I'll chase him up for a response as to the current position.

Normally I wouldn't push the issue on something like this because I am a depositor at casinos I like and am not one of those people just looking for free play but my conversation with this casinos rep is in black & white for everyone to see so I don't see why it should take so long to resolve. I sure wouldn't allow anyone to talk to me like that in person which is what makes it hard to swallow when there is nothing I can do about it. I am new to this forum and it's a shame that my first comment has to be over something like this.

    The more i read this thread the more angry i become. Particularly the length of time it is taking to clear this matter up. I understand Noah is doing his best but he can only do so much before the casino takes some type of action.

    Zuga has been away on business but i did bring this thread to his attention and he said he will address it as soon as he gets back which is today.

    So lets hope we can get this resolved and some form of compensation is offered to you.

    First off, I apologize for the lack of response, I said I would update once I have more information, and I am doing just that. No one emailed me although I have posted my email here: [email protected] - please feel free to use it for any reason, question or issue.

    The CS could only be fired by the owner and it took a bit of time to conduct the investigation, we do not fire on the spot but investigate the matter fully.

    I'm pleased to tell you that Devon IS getting fired, and will be leaving by week's end. Please believe that that is not the type of Customer Service we want any of our players to receive.

    As for the account being blocked, I will speak to the Casino at once and see that it is unlocked,  I asked before that you receive that bonus plus compensation, I will see to that as well.

    tkbell, I'm truly sorry you had to wait on my reply, but I try to update when I actually have news, I was by no way forgetting or ignoring this. Please next time, if you think I am taking too long, feel free to email me and as others I'm sure have seen, I answer very quickly.

    You have caused no trouble tkbell , in fact you have done a service to everyone by bringing this awful person to the attention of the casino.  You did not deserve to be spoken to like you were and you did the right thing in posting it on the forum.

    Justice has been served as he certainly got what he asked for.

So thank you tkbell and  once again I'm sorry you had to talk to someone like that. Indeed people that have good jobs should do what they can to keep them, so please do not feel like you got this person fired, with such behaviour - it was only a matter of time.

  • Thanks Noah. Per your comments on Sept. 13th I was waiting for you to have my account unblocked and you mentioned compensation (which is not really what this was all about. I do not go around looking for something for nothing).

  • I did and I saw the order go out, something must have went wrong with the unblocking, that can happen with IP blocking, I'll make sure this is resolved and update you soon, it may take a day or two because its the weekend but I'll make sure it gets done as soon as possible.
