  • Hi there! I think you all know that CGC shown a false license of Curacao until september. That's why players couldn't claim at if they had a iussue.
    When the matter came public into cgc site it's written it's licenced by gaming-curacao (nobody ever heard about it).
    Anyway even if  some players wrote to info@gaming-curacao, no one have had any answer.Is that normal?
    What do you suggest?

    Everything goes right until you don't  win big

    If you have some iussue, even if Playtech says you're on the right side, their "licensor" gaming-curacao doesn't answer.

    So a player can't be sure. Wish you never win big cause they'll always find an excuse not to pay you.

    If I'm wrong pls tell me why, how and where.

    Furthermore we did not invent this category, it was provided to us by Playtech. "

    So I was quite confused by this thread as it is missing a lot of information from both player and casino as to what happened in this case/complaint.

    Seems that discussion just jumped from another forum to LCB here.

    It started as a question about the license and now turned into the issue of payment. As far as I could understand this is an issue about a play on a bonus restricted progressive slot(s), which would void any winnings derived from such play.

    And the player's argument is that the Dollar Ball is a side game which has to be activated manually in order to count toward the progressive jackpot. If it is not enabled then it is as any other non progressive slot game.

    So am I missing anything else here?

  • Hi Zuga, you understood quite enough.
    There's a long or a short version.
    I'll try to explain shortly
    This player has a 15 online gaming experience, he joined about 30 or 40 playtech, so he knows them quite well.
    One day he joined at cgc but didn't like many things there, on top the fact he couldn't check his wagering.Anyway, he wins twice.Every time he had to wait a lot to be paid(- and they lock , and the expert team, and the investigations, and the KGB.... laugh_out_loud) and became quite nervous also because the casino didn't consider his emails. At last he was paid in full but left cgc and played at others, just to avoid hospitalization in psychiatry...

    After about one /two years he decides to play at cgc again. He wins over 1000. He founds things get worse : locked account , no answers and so on. But he had 3 or 4 emails for a 300% redeposit offeri..As payment (account unlocked) after 2 weeks was still on pending, he decides to reverse a part of winnings. A pop up shows terms and condition (no written in any other part of the site). Into these terms  "card, poker, roulette, premium, brand,progressive not allowed".
    The player played a lot of time only at slots making a crazy wr (about 150 x) and not 40 as written. No matter, let's go on. Finally CS confirms wagering met (according to them).
    Ten minutes later a call phone "Your winnings are avoided cause you played at forbidden games.....progressive......Player says: Yes that's true I play at some of those but in a standard way (not enabling jackpot progressive dollar ball button ).
    Casino doesn't respond and ignore emails of the player who won about 5000 euros.
    In the meantime player made some mistakes: wrote into some forum sponsored by cgc.
    But he also tried to get in touch with the "really" supposed third part : the company that gave the license to cgc. First surprise: Curacao e-gaming DOESN't licenses cgc as in the logo.
    When this fact came in the public domain cgc said "it was a mistake of  our honest webmaster".What??? You manage a casino, you write offers , rules, winners and so on, and you DON'T see such a big mistake?
    So time goes away and in the meantime player ask for a "professional" opinion by the sw provider itself aka Playtech  (see attachment above)., and, very stressed indeed, try to contact the "right" company shown by the casino, gaming-curacao.
    The company is requested to solve the iussue, but nowaday, player is still waiting.
    He had seriously thought that cgc manager doesn't understand how some games work....(another honest mistake).Despite sw provider, dispite common sense, dispite ALL other casinos those slots are progressives. (and if they label a hen as "cow", that IS a cow)

    That's why it's very important in IGaming clearance, honesty and trasparence. Player must have the opportunity to call on a third part.
    The most important affiliate forum of my country's owners, don't sponsor a casino where they never should play. Many others sponsors every, because of money.
    This is the meaning of the connection license (company) - player's iussue.

    2nd, lotto madness, geish story, are progressive, so rules in most of the cases are broken.

    3rd i dont know why, but i´ve read the same story in other very known forum...., and "player" got banned
    i wonder to know why?

    for me it looks like more a situation of blaming and not a problem or complaint

  • For the benefit of those who are still following this thread, Club Gold Casino would like to make it known that the player in question has submitted a complaint to our regulator and has received a ruling.  The ruling is copied below:

    "Dear Ms. P
    This e mail is to let you know of our findings concerning your complaint with clubgoldcasino.com. We are sorry it has taken a little time to sort this issue, but we wanted to make sure all involved had given us everything needed to make a decision. Your complaint was the following:

    As a registered player with clubgoldcasino.com you were awarded a (free chips-no deposit )bonus from your play on the site. At that time a grey pop-up box explained the rules of the bonus. You agreed to these rules by clicking accept. You proceeded to play and won EUR 5594.10. When you requested a withdrawal clubgoldcasino.com denied your request stating that you had played on games that were not qualified for the bonus.

    Our findings are as follows:
    We find that you violated both the terms of the bonus agreement as well as section 4.17 in the  Terms and Conditions of the site which you agreed to when setting up your account.

    4.17. Bonuses which are issued to You without the requirement for You to deposit any funds as a condition for receiving the bonus (“No Deposit Bonuses” or “Free Chips”) may not be used for play on any progressive jackpot games and the maximum amount of winnings which may we redeemed in relation to such bonuses shall not exceed €50 or the equivalent of this amount in the currency of Your Player Account.

    You also ignored the grey pop-up which again explained that ALL games that were listed as Progressive games may not be used with this bonus, but you played them anyway not activating the progressive button.

    As you mentioned you did not activate the progressive button while you were playing. This has no bearing on your case. The site specifically stated that you may not play any games that were LISTED as progressive games and made no mention of being able to play these games in a non progressive mode.  You chose to play the following: Captains Treasure, Lotto Madness, Alien Hunter, Geisha Story, Forest of Wonders, Dr Lovemore, Desert Treasure, A Night Out, What's Cooking and Wanted Dead or Alive, all of which are clearly labelled as progressive games.

    We have concluded that the casino has acted within their rights and have adhered to their Terms and Conditions".


    While we can understand the player’s disappointment in not being entitled to her winnings as a result of her breach of the terms of the bonus she accepted, the fact that she chose to resort to extortionist methods in order to force the casino to pay her, such as posting a string of accusations on a number of online forums (from one of which she has been banned) in a deliberate effort to tarnish the casino’s reputation, staging personal attacks on members of our online support team and demanding a much higher payout than her original win as a “settlement” for her claim certainly constitutes intolerable behaviour on the part of the player.  We trust this ruling will finally put an end to the player’s demands.

    That's not true. I've deposited 100 get 77 and won 1082. I was waiting for my money for a week.I've had some emails inviting me to redeposit with a "special " bonus of 300%. I wasn't interested in, but, as the pending time was still on, after about ten days I decided to redeposit 182.So we're not talking about any free and really this is a new for me.
    Yes, when I made the redeposit I've seen the pop up with rules. the WR was higher than one was told me in chat and I remember I thought it was very high, I've seen all forbidden games.Among them "progressives".
    The meaning of "progressives" usually is or progressive itself (fixed) or standard with dollar ball activated.To support this:
    1) you could not play at  in fun if you activate the dollar ball as you can't play in fun at fixed progressive
    2) in every playtech casino works in this way: you can play at without activating the jackpot function, cause they're considered standard.At the same time if you search for progressive you find them and they have the same Jackpot making part of a lottery game network.
    3) Playtech itself confirmed this version
    4) if Club Gold means those slots in another way, then it must be clearly written into the site, terms and conditions.It's written into T&C that all rules outside in any form aren't valid.

    So, we're not talking about free chip , but about an offer for redeposit and we're talking about your meaning of progressive, unique, I have to say.


    I ask mr Dino in which way a player could be try to be listened if casino ignores emails and treat him like  invisible.The only way is to write in public forums.For truth the player has been banned by an affiliate forum.I'm not sure this is a point in favour of the casino.
    I ask mr Dino to put himself in player's shoes or in other situation when you know you're right but you don't know how to manage because you have nothing in your hands. The regulator , at that time, wasn't the one written into the site (for a webmaster mistake)
    The regulator from september answered only that the casino had a licensee, but I had not any other contact.So I find very very shocking to see an answer to a complain I could not submitting, because of silence.

    That's all.

    I kindly ask mr Dino, to provide these infos (also in private): from which and when I should have had the answer reported, as I can check my inbox.
    I can assure that until now , I couldn't submit any complain to any regulator for the reasons I just mentioned.
