  • Casino Rewards chat bots ?..Thats what I now suspect is happening in Casino rewards group

    I went on Casino rewards group ( ie luxury zodiac casinos etc)chat last night to ask about a casino bonus and their new system passes you to a "specialist" team so called...

    I think they are using bots...the chat name was Kane but no one could answer instantly to my queries as quick as happened..it was less than a fraction of a second as if it knew or could predict or had a number of answers ready to display.

    this a concerning situation if they are using Bots after all they have said in the casinos about how they take a dim view of anyone using bots to win illegally ( still dont know how thats possible by the way)..and so hope someone can confirm or deny this development if its the case. 

    Also the at the other end they were very quick to ask about ending the chat.

    So much for the personal touch

    I think they are using bots.

    After reading your post I went to Zodiac Casino Live Chat myself. I'm not sure if they are using Chatbots, but it seems impossible to me that a real person could reply so quickly. I've even tried their Chat few times with different questions and their replies in some cases don't make much sense to me, so I think you are right.

    CR is trialling the automation of some chats to allow for faster customer service during busy times. The new chatbot system will be able to answer a high % of queries faster than any agent could and if the chatbot can’t help it’s possible to skip to a real agent very quickly.

    I think the key part of your comment is "using bots to win illegally". It's important to note that the bots look after chats only. They are not connected to the game play in any way.

    @Sydney - could you please forward me your account number so I can see the replies that don't make sense to you? The responses are updated by humans based on user queries so if your question is prompting an incorrect or incoherant response, that's something we need to address. Thanks for your help on this.

  • I play at Casino Rewards and I thought that too, but it seemed to be ok, I still received an answer to my questions and I did contact them several times over a period of time, and was happy with the response. I did kinda laugh because it was an odd response once when they answered my question, but that was ok. As long as I get help it is ok. 

  • Oh, Chat Bots in the casino support... Chat Bot should be a kind of Artificial Intelligence, so that AI start to take jobs of humans in casino support, as I suppose.

    I think that Casino Rewards are trying to reduce the cost of human job...

    I am not playing in Casino Rewards because they don't have any Live Dealers' game, so don't have experienced their Chat Bot service.

    But, you know, casino is about depositing, betting, winning, losing, withdrawing "money".

    So, in the process, players would get easily pissed off with no good answers from Chat Bots.

    I think that casinos should minimize the AI in their support operations and keep up the human factors.

    Golden Tiger Casino has live dealer games from Evolution Gaming :)

    Regarding the chat bots - if you have evidence of bad answers from them, please forward them to me so I can have them taken care of. We discovered that some of the incoherant answers mentioned above were actually from real people and not the chat bot. 

    As I mentioned above, the chatbots are being trialled at certain times during busy periods and are not being used 100% of the time.

    I asked if you had the Live Casino, and he (or she) transferred me to real person.

    Probably, he didn't know the answer to my question yet.

     

    If I didn't have known it was Chat Bot, I would have thought it very strange to be transferred to the other chat agent, in a flash thumbs_down.

  • I see there first time time bot on Casino but i must admit that he help me with my problem than. 

  • I too noticed the chat bots. However I've realized if you ask to speak to an agent they'll transfer you. Although lately it's been un-satisfying. Bots and/or agents being rude and ending chat abruptly and unsolved. Not impressed btw..

    Do not help with all problems.

    I have earned 4 sets of 'free spins' for a particular game.  I have a frozen screen when I go to play this game.

    When I ask the Help Auto/Chat Bots for help,  I am either sent to the specialist screen (which has no category to click on & chat session ends)

    OR

     I m told to 'clear my cache & if that doesn't fix problem to check back.

    Soon my 4 sets of free spins (earned because of my deposits) will expire.  So these ChatBots who are not addressing my specific problem & this is causing me to lose my earnings (free spins).

    Therefore the casino is winning illegally this way, right,?
