Hi,i got it also 100fs, won almost 54 euros, and i played only piggy riches,zombies,lost island and black lagoon on 10 times the minimum stake, finish the wagering in 8 hours. I request withdraw of190€, left 10 in account to play more. The only option to withdraw was Trustly( bank transfer). I put my iban code, and now is pending for approval. From the bonuses i think i should have been redeemed. Kinda stupid that its not automated. You should have waited for the supports answer before playing all the money away. But if you did not claim the 100% it should be still claimable for your next deposit then?

I did claimed,i know that for sure.because freespins was credited automatically, but the 100% bonus wasn't added automatically. They must add the rest of welcome bonus :100% =10 euro. If no result,i will open a complaint
