I deposited to betphoenix more compared to other rtg casinos recently.  Everything is cool so far, but the only thing I don't like is that we don't get comp pts when we play with the bonus money.  This is not the case with all other RTG casinos out there.  Would you like betphoenix to change this in the near future? 
we might need to write Nicolas a message, maybe he can help us out on this.

They do offer comp points, but it is different than other RTG's. Usually an RTG casino gives you 1 comp point for every $10 wagered. Bet Phoenix Casino offers 1 comp point for every $100 wagered until you are a VIP. Once you are a VIP you are then given 1 comp point for every $10 wagered.

In order to become a VIP, you have to make $600 in deposits, at least that what I was told.

Dont see much difference from alladins gold, done a few deposits on both casinos and NEVER been over my original deposit just see winnings goes down fast even with lowest bet size.

I haven't ever won with phoenix  YET but at least customer support is good and quick and the free chips are nice.

I do get comps, no idea how many I have tough, cannot login atm. , the website seems to be down also.

I only find the max. cashout a bit low, but their bonuses are huge, just hope I dont hit a large random..

Personal opinion this casino SUCKS!!!!! What kinda casino restricts you from 2 free chips in a row?  That is sooo stupid, that would be like a real casino saying sorry you have already used your 10 dollars free play so you can't claim your free room....That really lets me down Nick, I was hoping you would change the RTG gaming experience....

I did the twitter thing & sent the msg etc etc blah. I waited the 72 hours (after I sent the required msg). I got seriously bored & tried to ask "live" help what was going on.
They apparently don't exist anymore.

As of your reading it'll be 6 days with no replies from the site, no credit.

Keep in mind BetPhoenix is based out of Costa Rica, which means no regulation from the government.

I've had good luck with BetPhoenix I even cashout for $1,500 and they called me personally to let me know that my transaction was complete and my money was in my account. I also use chat with no problem at all.

Nicolas is an awesome rep and has been more than generous with handing out free chips. All of the RTG casinos that I have played at has the two free chips in a row rule. I didn't receive the twitter bonus and thats ok cuz my last transaction was a free chip.

This is the only RTG casino that I trust to deposit my money with. Everytime I try live help I always get through with no problems. When I email the manager it does sometimes take a few days to get a reply as I am sure being the manager of a casino he is very busy.

I am sorry that some of your experiences has not been the best. There are some casinos that people love and I WON'T play at. So its kind of like a 'to each its own' kind of thing. Goodluck to everyone, sure hope everyones experience gets better.

This is how I feel about Bet Phoenix too.  Up until yesterday I NEVER won but still didn't think they were Rogue I just was frustrated.  Everything else was great; the rep, customer service, freebies etc.  I just hadn't won and was pretty much about done with trying to win lol.  But I got lucky and won finally (on a free chip) and being that was my only issue with the casino I guess I'm happy again.

We are given plenty of freebies and the rep Nicholas sure seem to try hard to make us happy (which is why I risked playing here in the first place).  I always knew that there was a very active rep on this board that people trust therefore it seemed safe to play there because if I did have an issue I had someone to help (which he has even by just reading this board and without me having to even PM him).

I understand not paying non depositing customers on tourneys that have received freebies already and it also gives an incentive to deposit a small amount.  The casino is there to make money and their minimum deposit is pretty small and you will almost ALWAYS get back in freebies and tourney freerolls what you put in even if you lost.

I agree allgood2010..This casino is fine, I mean you can't expect to give you free money all of the time, sometime you are going to have to deposit.

I don't mean this to anyone specifically, I am just saying. They are a business, and in the end they are trying to be a SUCCESSFUL business. What other casino do you know came to the forum and gave thousands away in free chips in just one contest? Where everybody won something without having to deposit? Not many.

I think everyone should give them a chance, or just don't play there.

I think maybe they opened before they should have, but as far as being rogue? Not at all.

all my winnings were paid accordingly before and I just contacted support about my next withdrawal of $845 , was told that I will be paid in the next 48 hrs.  Rogue?  Not at all

Refer to my post in the RTG freeroll thread in the casino whoring section.  I'll keep it shorter here though.

Cashed for a tiny amount in the last BP freeroll I entered (1.75 or something stupid).  When I went to live chat to ask, I was politely informed that the winnings were void since my last transaction was a free chip.  It seems that freerolls are treated exactly the same way as a freechip, and therefor you cannot 'win' on a freeroll after taking a free chip, nor could you 'win' 2 freeroll tournaments back to back.  This was confirmed by Otto in live chat.

I don't think much to their 'freeroll' tournaments.

They are such liars.  I won on two freerolls and got both payments into my account. a whopping $3.63 put together.  But I had to fight for them-they had a tech issue and wanted me to prove I had won.  Idiots.

I have been using their parent site "betphoenix.com" to place my horse wagers for about a month now.  I have received the typical run around and stall tactics, but they have been paying.  I like them because they offer moneygram cashouts that I can get within a day.  The set back is that I normally have to hassle my account rep until he personally processes the cashout himself.  Matter of fact, I cashed out a bit yesterday and did not use him and was told I would be paid yesterday or today at the latest.. I still have no been paid.

Kind of a pain to have to jump through hoops and haggle them to death to get paid.. but I guess what it all comes down to is they do PAY.  If I were using sportsbook.com, I would have to wait a month to even have the thing processed.

The RTG casino, on the other hand.. has been horrid.  I made several deposits with no playthrough whatsoever (im not kidding.. 2X tops on big deposits).  I whine to my account rep but he has told me that the RTG side of things is a completely different department and he has no control or say in what they do.

It seems to me like Dean copy/pasted your withdrawal cancellations. I read the conversation 3 times, and it just doesn't make sense. Could it be you had reversed your withdrawal and not have realized it?

I don't see a reason the casino would lie about  $240 .  If you go to your account history in the software, you will be able to see any and every time you requested a withdrawal and reversed it.

Please, I'm not suggesting you're not telling the truth, but it could be merely a misunderstanding. If you copy/paste your acct history here, I'm sure we (other members) can tell you what we see happened, based on experience.

We've all done it before...requested withdrawals, and slowly, before we knew it, played down our withdrawal to zero.

Please send us screenshots of your acct history, or play log so we can help more!

I think I agree with acgofer, you may have reversed a little here and there, and before you knew it, it was gone.

I am sorry, however, Nicolas is trying to compensate you with a free chip. I would take it if I were you

I just had a REALLY bad experience with Omar at Betphoenix. He does not know his job and did nothing to help me. I wished I would have save the convo, this is the only RTG I deposit at, but I think I will be finding another one. Long story short, Omar is a tool.

I'd skip any talking with Omar.  His stock as an employee goes up and down several times a day.  After he asked me to prove I was on the leader board and I used the "wtf" words to him, I quit taking him seriously.  Get with Nicolas on problems, and hopefully Nic will school Omar some more or move him or,well, will at least have time to take care of your issues.  My issues are at a, pardon my spanish, Mexican standstill, but for now at least we aren't shooting insults back and forth. 

i would like to say that they have something very very wrong with their
"calculator". i played the lcb3500 and did very very well. hit the jackpot on santa's revenge. at several times before that had my balance up in the thousands then up over twenty thousand, played back down to around 8000 when i inquired about my playthrough. i was told that i had only wagered just over 1600. i complained and explained everything about the winning and my balance and asked if they could ck again. he came back and told me that he would have his manager get a hold of me later that night. no one ever did. i sent an email complaining and no one ever got back to me. i couldnt believe how i was completely blown off and after having such a good experience with winning and all..i was so happy i was actually gonna win something...i know my playthrough was over $40,000 and the requirements were something like 54,000. i still have not heard a word from them, while waiting i managed to lose every penny never hitting one single good thing again, 8,000 zoom gone. makes a person wonder if there is some sort of switch they throw just before u are actually gonna win. i am absolutely beside myself at the lack of concern or correspondence with me regarding the matter and even more flabbergasted that they could actually say i had only wagered 1600.

i have just recently started the whole online casino thing and betphoenix was a favorite by far...but i am so put off of the whole thing.  ive played a little here and there until that happened.  one other one i really liked kinda made me mad, all of the info in the casino was no good...there was no live chat, they didnt answer emails and the phone number given wasnt a good number. then i looked em up online and found the name slightly different and the email for support a little different, completely different phone number...i live chatted and let them know all the info in the casino is wrong and they really seemed less than not concerned...

the whole online casino thing i really liked at first...gotta really watch the requirements and such to actually do anything with it, thats scewed me up a couple of times...but i dont know that i am willing to put another penny into  any of them...i got a real bad taste in my mouth, but especially about betphoenix...

Went back and got Sam, he fixed it in like 10 seconds. I REFUSE to deal with omar. If I get him, I will just leave until I can talk to someone else.
