Resolved - 4DONK NO BONUS NO PAY AMAZING EXCUSE

I decided to try this new casino while playing without any bonus

I made a deposit of 800 and reached 3600 they do not pay saying the Blackjack was too good towards the player and that they need to check what was wrong with the game

Can anybody help or again I will be accused to be super fraudster like Slotsjungle Locopanda case that could change the cards in the Blackjack ?

The casinos are giving excuses from here to the end of the world, 22,000 not being paid by Slots Jungle and now another stupid excuse

We understand your disappointment however the site, licencee and software provider have all rights to investigate cases that they deem suspicious especially when there were a series of similar patterns all happening on the same game.

"The blackjack was too good to the player" - I think I heard it all now.  So they are saying they have a software glitch!

That is a problem at their end but the best that can happen to you is you at least get your deposit back.  Once you have it back, run a mile from this casino and any sister sites it may have.  I've never heard of the casino before.

This is just terrible and that casino has no shame. As Blue has said, " I think I heard it all now". Completely disappointing. I hope you get your deposit back.

There seems to be either an "investigation" or suspected "fraudulent" activity at other casinos you have played. If i were you i would check who or what is accessing your accounts while you are playing online.
