hi check mine too. and it gave me a code. when i went in to redeem it, it gave me a code. i entered the code and it says it has been redeemed already. i was told another customer claimed it and i cant. they offered me a100% match. so i called and now i a m on hold. they are asking me wheere code. i told them there site. now they told me they dont c code. they told me to walk through steps and tell them what i am doing. three more times i get code. now i am on hold

after holding they said the system made a mistake and gave two peope the same code. so i nothing. thats b.s.

It did the same to me... I am going to contact support too...

becasue there sytem is messed up, they wont give us what was advertised.  He told me no.  so i wrote an email to a manager.

No, no, I think when they fix the problem with the codes they are going to send email to all and that should include you... If and when I find out it is fixed I will come back here and let you know too... you might want to chat with them again now that they do know about the problem... but I don't think you need to...

I have no idea how the presents work...the web page was down for several days and by the time I logged in and they finally had my info I was already at station 2. I finally heard back from support today. I had asked them if we were supposed to get gifts for evey station reached (as stated in the snail mail I got) what happened to gift number one for reaching the first station and told them I just got gift number 2 for reaching station two. Their response...you already redeemed gift number 2 for $20. Well no shhhhhhhit, I already told them that in my email and asked what happened to number one. I can't stand when support tells you the same thing you already told them and don't answer any of your questions! It's like they just read the first sentence then hit reply! 

I like Jackpot Capital but this is bull... they need to just honor the day one gifts with the mix up on the codes... it's hurting their business I am sure... I have spoken with them each day with no result. Let me check my meter...................

They replied a second time today and gave me a $20 bonus for the first gift. They also spoke with such rudeness with that old saying "for you information" you don't get money in every prize! LMAO, for my information...hello, FOR YOUR INFORMATION we are the ones who keep you in business so maybe correctly read emails, respond promptly and show a little more respect to the people paying your bills! I'm aware that all gifts are not cash BUT it does say you get a gift for every station which MAY contain it...I simply asked what happened to the first gift and anthor thought here...curious as to what gifts may contain if they're not cash?!

That is pretty rude, especially since this whole problem with the gifts has been on their end and not handled timely. That said, I did go try entering my name again today and got a new 1st station code that actually worked. I got my $20, I have met the WR, but don't have enough to cashout... I would have had it, but when you hit the end of WR the extra money is gone instantly and if you are not paying close attention you are spending the money you could have cashed out... so there I am... still have some money to play with and hope I recover enough to do the $100 max cashout.

How do I get that then?  What code? doh

Hey blue, when it is working correctly it  should pop up a big red square with the message that you won as you show in your message... just below those words in the same big red square there should be a code you can click on...? That is the code... you can redeem it there or by putting the code in on the Cashier Redeem Coupon page... If there is no code in the box there is something wrong...

I just requested the $100 cashout on my christmas present.

Good news to report regarding my $20 Christmas NDB at Jackpot Capital. As it says in my post above, I requested a $100 max cashout from my winnings Dec 14 just after midnight and today I received notice that the money had been sent to my MyPaylinQ account at 1:56am. 48 hours and 20 minutes! Yayyyyy!

Not only that, but at 7am this morning I received email telling me I am a $50 bonus winner to boot! So, back to JC I go, but I had to stop here too and share the good news!

Ok, when you get the message above does it pop up in a box? If so that is where the code should be. If it is not then you should take a screenshot showing it tells you that you won, but does not supply the code. Send that to JC support and ask them to credit it or fix it. You could miss out on more gifts if that is the case. Good Luck!

Congrats Katt....I just got my platinum status and with it a $400 bonus...couldn't do squat with it, but did manage a few up s and downs...got it to $1000 at one point but was only $3000 in to the $24000 playthrough...lol, oh well...it was fun while it lasted, but i'm very glad to see you won, met playthrouh and was paid

I just spoke with Jackpot Capital Live Chat and found out they are having an error on the gift page today. It seems to have amnesia It does not seem to know me...  They advise to check back in 24 hours...

I just opened gift number 3 but it says there is no bonus for number 3. Lol...what was the gift then....whats the point of calling something a gift if nothing is there?

I had heard that this could be the case... no gift in the package... Not a nice surprise! Maybe they have Christmas mixed up with April Fool's Day!

i had the same problem you had earlier; not being able to check my status. i am still having same problem, but now it says i have 0 points and yesterday i had 30

now i am being told to wait another 24 hours, which is now going on 48 hours

just out of curiosity, i asked about empty gifts and i was given what my grandma would call "double talk"  lol:

i got that message too. but today i could log in and i got the same bonus as two days ago. but then i realized i only have 36 points and gift 1 range is 1-44.

it is comical, but jackpot still gives its customers a lot of free chips weekly.

I think I've received 3 $20 bonuses. The one I got last night was a good one. I met my playthrough and cashed out at $100. Also cashed out $500 from my $100 bonus from slotocash. Yay
