  • hi check mine too. and it gave me a code. when i went in to redeem it, it gave me a code. i entered the code and it says it has been redeemed already. i was told another customer claimed it and i cant. they offered me a100% match. so i called and now i a m on hold. they are asking me wheere code. i told them there site. now they told me they dont c code. they told me to walk through steps and tell them what i am doing. three more times i get code. now i am on hold

    No, no, I think when they fix the problem with the codes they are going to send email to all and that should include you... If and when I find out it is fixed I will come back here and let you know too... you might want to chat with them again now that they do know about the problem... but I don't think you need to...

  • I have no idea how the presents work...the web page was down for several days and by the time I logged in and they finally had my info I was already at station 2. I recieved gift number 2 for $20, but didn't get gift number 1. I sent in an email to support asking how it works 2 days ago and they STILL haven't bothered to reply sad

  • I finally heard back from support today. I had asked them if we were supposed to get gifts for evey station reached (as stated in the snail mail I got) what happened to gift number one for reaching the first station and told them I just got gift number 2 for reaching station two. Their response...you already redeemed gift number 2 for $20. Well no shhhhhhhit, I already told them that in my email and asked what happened to number one. I can't stand when support tells you the same thing you already told them and don't answer any of your questions! It's like they just read the first sentence then hit reply!  sad

  • They replied a second time today and gave me a $20 bonus for the first gift. They also spoke with such rudeness with that old saying "for you information" you don't get money in every prize! LMAO, for my information...hello, FOR YOUR INFORMATION we are the ones who keep you in business so maybe correctly read emails, respond promptly and show a little more respect to the people paying your bills! I'm aware that all gifts are not cash BUT it does say you get a gift for every station which MAY contain it...I simply asked what happened to the first gift and anthor thought here...curious as to what gifts may contain if they're not cash?!

  • That is pretty rude, especially since this whole problem with the gifts has been on their end and not handled timely. That said, I did go try entering my name again today and got a new 1st station code that actually worked. I got my $20, I have met the WR, but don't have enough to cashout... I would have had it, but when you hit the end of WR the extra money is gone instantly and if you are not paying close attention you are spending the money you could have cashed out... so there I am... still have some money to play with and hope I recover enough to do the $100 max cashout.

  • Hey blue, when it is working correctly it  should pop up a big red square with the message that you won as you show in your message... just below those words in the same big red square there should be a code you can click on...? That is the code... you can redeem it there or by putting the code in on the Cashier Redeem Coupon page... If there is no code in the box there is something wrong...

    I just requested the $100 cashout on my christmas present.

    Ok, when you get the message above does it pop up in a box? If so that is where the code should be. If it is not then you should take a screenshot showing it tells you that you won, but does not supply the code. Send that to JC support and ask them to credit it or fix it. You could miss out on more gifts if that is the case. Good Luck!
