I run into one bad casino experience this week.  It is Grand Parker casino, a new RTG casino that not has been promoted yet at LCB.  The casino advertised that there will be a $10, $15 and $20 free chip after each welcome bonus that we take.  I made the first and second deposit with them, their slots were kinda tight, I think it is because they are a new casino.  I was also credited my free chips without a problem.  I made $35 deposit for my 3rd deposit.  I played Loose Caboose first and this game won me up to $400, but it went down hill after I switched to play another games.  I contacted their live chat afterward to get my free chip, but I was offered only $10, instead of $20.  I pasted the advertise to the chat operator, but there's no help, he said that promotion is only for 2011, but in fact there's no expiration date for that promo.  It is a false advertisement from the casino, they didn't honor what they promised, what can we expect from them?  this bad behavior will hurt them in business in a long run.  I suggest you not to deposit with this casino, there are plenty of other good casinos around to play with.
