LOL.  Well, that was interesting.  Tried the Revo, which was good at what it does, but now the casino is stuck on "Loading" and the online version still just gives me a hanging hourglass.  Guess my time with Rushmore is up, since they won't help me and I can't seem to help myself.  <sniff>

Nope.  Haven't downloaded any RTGs in quite some time.  Rushmore was working one day, then the next weekend when I tried to log in to register, nope.
Also had problems with them with my account locked.  They then said I had more than one account, which I didn't.  They gave me some girl's name, asked if I knew who that was (I was expecting they'd say it was Jake had an account) and I have no clue who they are talking about.  So they unlocked it.
Now chat can't help me, and told me to email tech, which I've done, twice, with NO RESPONSE.  Also no response emailing customer response.  If I had a trusted friend who had Rushmore, I'd give them my account info and have them try logging in.  I expect they wouldn't get very far either.  I could be wrong, but if they won't help me, I've got to stick to believing it is on their end as there is no fixing it on this side. 

Not only that, but the fact that it quit working in the online version as well, leads me to believe it's not my casino dowload that is the problem.  It only quits working as expected after I login.

Hmm it does sound like they haven't unlocked it properly.  Possibly ask them to double check that they have unlocked it properly?

Well, they did have it unlocked properly, as I played the tourney after that.  It was the next week, or two weeks after that.  I'm thinking they locked it again for some reason.  I don't know how some other person got hooked to my account in the first place.  In any case, they won't respond to my inquiries, so I am at a loss (ha ha) as to what to do. 
Not that I was going to win the number one spot, but darn sure could use it and would enjoy my opportunity to try!  I appreciate everyone's offers with help and suggestions very much, though.

I had no problems at all.  And I can click on the lone surviving "games recently played" as shown in my screen shot, and the game will come up.  I can also click on the blank space where some of the specialty games are and those games will come up.  No money to play them, though, so that's not much help,  I can go to the cashier and see the cashier info, but from the lobby, nothing.

I've got to admit Chilly, I'm running out of ideas for you.  Did you try the system restore back to before you had a problem with Rushmore?

Yes, was kinda surprised that it didn't take me to the first place when I got all the wilds lined up, but someone else got 178.000.
Last week the winner had 92.000 if I remember right.

But $1500.- will do, holy cow, thats my biggest win ever I think.
