have you completely uninstalled it?
make sure to go to computer, click on hard drive and click on program files, check if you see rushmore in there, if it's there, you will have to delete it from there also.

It doesn't work.  I think it is tied to my login as I can't get the games to load (just get the hourglass) on their online games as well.  I don't know why they won't respond to my emails that live chat told me to send to tech.

Chilly i have had the same problem with some of the RTGs. Uninstalling the casino is a must but you need to completely uninstall so that no registry files are on your computer or it won't download properly.

Try that free Revo Uninstaller. I was the cure for me.
