RTG freeroll slot tournaments

Well I was playing at betphoenix on a paid for tourney,,naughty or nice 16 minutes 16,000 points.I get booted off and when I try to log back in,I get wait 10 minutes and try again.I wait about a minute try again and same thing.When I can FINALLY get back on I have 52 seconds left...GGRRRRRRRR!! I get ahold of live help and I ask if I can have my money back since it wasn't my fault and a tech issue.No go,I'm told to e-mail Dean @ betphoenix so I'll see what happens.This is not the first time I have been booted off either.

Well, I do feel bad for those trying to play on BP. BUt sure am not unhappy I've never deposited. I have yet to see any tourneys load. So far only name and time loaded...Very slow!!

I cant even get into the tournements........takes about 30 min and then I played one....then wait 30 min. again....after upgrade, its all caput... .

Yes,very slow!!Decided to try them tomorrow,I can't handle the wait.The games play ok....played two of em but took FOREVER to load!! Wishing everyone goodluck if you do play.

wire transfer takes at least 6-10 days, if you have usemywallet or ewalletxpress, then it takes 2-3 days.
