i have a question for your guys for freeroll tourneys and paid.  do you think it is fair that their server goes down for anywhere from 10 to 30 min the day the tourney ends during last hour or half hour of tourney.  This has happened several times and they say well just play out time. but if time is taken from tourney free, rebuy or paid, because thier server goes down. shouldnt we compensation.  they always there is nothing they can do.

I contacted the casino rep regarding your concern and he got back to me with an answer.

This issue is rare and it occurred due to their ISP (internet server provider) experiencing problems.

I was assured that when it happened all customers were booted from the casino so no customer had an advantage over the other in the tournaments. Also the casino apologized and assured me that they will compensate players. The customers who did contact them were offered free entries into other tournaments, even though the tournaments they were playing were not negatively affected as almost all of Lincoln Casino tournaments are full day or longer events.

To sum it up - the issue was due to ISP problems, which rarely happens, also no customer had an advantage over the other, casino apologized for the inconvenience and finally, if it happens again, players simply need to contact the casino supervisor and he will provide the necessary assistance in the matter.
