A lot of US players are slowly but surely switching to Bitcoin and finally experiencing INSTANT CASH-OUTS. European players have enjoyed instant w/d's for years, so it's about time the US did, too! The following rant won't be very fluid and I apologize for that now but I am very late and I HAVE TO GET MY ASS TO WORK! Hopefully you can piece together what I am trying to relate to you...
I don't know how many folks read the daily news articles that Team LCB publishes but if you don't you should. There is a lot of information found there that I apply to my gambling decisions, like where I want to deposit next or which casinos have paid out progressives recently etc.
Last night I was looking to make a deposit somewhere new, and to my surprise I found an article about a new Bitcoin casino. I was excited! This casino is well known & respected. Most importantly, it is available to US players. It was like the author could read my mind, answering all of my questions about deposits/withdraw options and the like.
I headed over to this "respected" casino and quickly opened a new account. I had no interest in new player free chips or the like. RTG casinos always have multiple bonuses available & I find that a bit suspicious. I opened the cashier & found the Bitcoin deposit option waiting there for me like I have seen so many times before in the cashier at Extreme.
For some reason, I clicked on the withdraw tab and was shocked that there was not a bitcoin option there as well. Oh no, was this gonna be another casino with discriminatory banking options? I headed over to the chat & found the friendly woman who greeted me when I opened the account. She was friendly but clueless about bitcoin options. When I asked clearly, CAN I WITHDRAW BTC? She responded that my balance was zero so no I could not. GEEZ!
So, I decide to download the casino and see if the options are more extensive in the cashier. I did just that and again, there were no w/d options for Bitcoin. I decided to try chat one more time, thinking maybe the news article that I read was so new that the option just wasn't integrated into the cashier and BTC withdraw could be processed manually.
I found a different chat agent this time & she again had no clue about btc. When I inquired about btc withdraw options, this agent took the time to check on the facts for me. Great I thought! Valuable information for me to share with all of you regarding the status of btc banking at this casino. WRONG! SO WRONG! The chat agent returned to tell me that Bitcoin does not offer withdraw in their currency. WTF?
I respectfully told her that I read information about her casino offering both deposit/withdraw in btc. I also told her that Casino Extreme operates the EXACT same software as the casino she is working for and that they DO have BOTH deposit/withdraw options available.
The problem I have with this is that if you understand how bitcoin works, there is NO scenario which would allow the Bitcoin to have restricted one way transfers like she and several other casinos try to convince you about. These aren't shitty RTG money pits, these are casinos that pay their customers. Places like INTERTOPS, RAGING BULL, SLOTOCASH, UPTOWN ACES & GRAND FORTUNE ~ All of them credible, yet all of them have blatantly discriminatory policies regarding Bitcoin banking. I believe this is just their way of continuing to control our money long enough for us to reverse our withdraw. IN FACT, I KNOW THAT IS WHY THEY DO NOT OFFER BTC WITHDRAW! CASINO EXTREME USES THE SAME SOFTWARE & THEY HAVE BOTH DEPOSIT/WITHDRAW SO WHY CAN'T THEY????Rated:5/ 5

Jen, I'm a VIP at Intertops and they have both Bitcoin deposit and withdrawal. Check it out.
I see what you mean about the rest. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?
Maybe LCB direct support.........
Might be worth a shot.........
Thanks Jade, last time I was there Bitcoin was not available for w/d but it has been several weeks since I have been back to check. So I went straight to chat & told them that I am thrilled about the new option & will be happy to return to my old faithful Intertops. I am a VIP there as well, when Paste & Pay was around I would deposit there daily because I love having the ability to transfer my balance between the two different gaming software & the sportsbook.
So now that just leaves Raging Bull Grand Fortune Slotocash & Uptown Aces ~ All four of those casinos have confirmed to me personally in the last week that they do not allow Bitcoin as a withdraw method. There are many other casinos with the same shady policy that are not as respected as RB & Sloto.2.3/ 5

Genesys group of casinos is also guilty of the Bitcoin bias in the cashier. I have cashed out close to $3000 from Treasure Mile about a year ago but until they can give me a good reason as to why they can accept bitcoin but not pay in bitcoin, I will not be playing there, or at any casino with such a policy. It is bullshit. I just don't see how these casinos expect players to be ignorant about Bitcoin's functionality. ANYONE who uses bitcoin knows that the process is completely fluid. It flows easily between wallets no matter location or politics. New York is the only state that does not allow Bitcoin, but that may change in the future, depending on who we elect this year.
The current LCB Bitcoin Casino List https://jswqzs.com/banking/bitcoin needs an update because there are a couple mistakes there, for instance, Intertops should have both deposit/withdraw options available, and RB/GF/Sloto/UptownAces should all be listed as deposit only.
I will throw this into a pm & send it to the moderator ... well I don't know... that section doesn't have a mod listed so I am gonna "eenie meenie miney mo" and pick one of you!

I don't know what these Bitcoin deposit only casinos are thinking. They all preach that they will process a
withdrawal in the same manner that was used to make the deposit, but "not" in the case of Bitcoin.
Most casinos that accept US players make it difficult, time consuming and in the case of "Western Union," very expensive for us to retrieve our winnings.
You are absolutely correct, "it is bullshit."

Honestly I think the only reason why they don't want to process back in bit coin. Compared to a credit/debit card method. There guaranteed to get there cash from bit coin deposits with little no headache. There's little in the way of chargebacks or anything that could damage there cash flow with bit coins. Plus I'm sure there isn't any reserves compared the credit card processors.
As stated before I really believe it has more to do with controlling the cash flow going out by only using ancient methods such as checks, wire transfers, and the occasional cash transfer. -

Jade, you suggested hitting up the direct support for the casinos that I am calling out. I really don't think I will get anywhere & I will tell you why...
Jason from Raging Bull/Grand Fortune is about as friendly & accessible as a rep can be. He is really a great guy & always goes out of his way to right any wrongs committed by the casino. That being said, when I saw that LCB listed Raging Bull as having both deposit/withdraw available in bitcoin, I was thrilled & headed over to the Direct Support Thread for Raging Bull to congratulate Jason on the new status & encourage him to shout it from the Mountain Tops so that bitcoin players will feel comfortable depositing there.
Jason, Mr. Congeniality, told me straight up that they do not offer bitcoin payments & even added that his casinos do not plan on offering players that option any time soon. When the most flexible rep says no way, I am quite certain that the reps who are 100% by the book are not going to be doing us any favors soon either.
On the other hand, I can hear my Dad saying the squeaky wheel gets the oil. I have nothing to lose so I will try to post something in the Sloto thread just because the more they are aware of our displeasure with the policy ~ the more likely they are to change it eventually.2.3/ 5

Hey Jen,
It's definitely worth a try. And as far as Jason goes................. well let me just say that a salesman is a salesman, if you know what I mean!
The part I don't understand is that they are limiting their own deposit potential, just like those casinos with a $45 or $50 minimum deposit.
In my case,I am not going to get my bank anywhere near this little hobby of mine, so if there is no Western Union withdrawal, count me out.
I would like to start using Bitcoin because of the anonymity, but I need more casinos to have both d/w, just like you prefer.
I've been thinking that maybe some sort of petition with user id's, sent to the named casino, if we could get enough players to do it, might make a statement. What do you think?
And good luck with Direct Support!

Hi Jade! Ok before I start, let me say that I love Intertops! They were my favorite & most active casino for at least a year or two. However, this is not gonna be a recommendation for Intertops as far as Bitcoin is concerned.
As you read above, I did go to chat a few weeks ago & confirmed that yes bitcoin is available in the cashier for withdraw. I was happy that one of my better invested casinos would be available for my bitcoin play. Thus far, I have had to start from scratch with all of my bitcoin casinos. You guys know how bad that sucks. You invest thousands of dollars, get to know the staff, memorize the procedures from the many transactions you have under your belt ~ all part of becoming VIP & one of the regulars there... then bitcoin comes along & sweeps me off my feet!
Well, tonight I was excited about returning to my old-faithful Intertops with my first bitcoin transaction. While in the cashier, I snooped around the withdraw options, as they have added several new options. After reading the second screen information on processing a bitcoin withdraw I headed straight to chat.
The first thing I found out is that there is a 48 pending period, then an additional 48 processing period. Things get even more obnoxious when you factor in the Mon-Fri ONLY processing time. Basically, there is a minimum of 4 days & an average of 6 days to receive your bitcoin transfer. OMG SOMETHING THAT TAKES SECONDS AT OTHER CASINOS!
I am going to keep Intertops on the list of biased bitcoin policies because that is absolutely ridiculous.
Jade, I have not attempted the Direct Support threads to resolve these issues, yet. There has been so much heat on Jason & Raging Bull that I thought it might not be the time. However, I am going to be forwarding this thread to my VIP host at Intertops.
Players deserve better! Unfortunately, so many players are still in the dark ages waiting weeks for a check to arrive.

WOW thanks Jennifer, lots of good information in this thread. Now I have to see which casinos take bitcoin and if I want to venture to play there. Hmm, time to do some research. Any suggestions other than the casinos you previously mentioned. I may try Raging Bull again, the only problem I had with them was with my depositing. I couldn't get my card to work but if they have bitcoin I will use them. I am in the market for a new casino and any one that can give withdrawals quickly is okay in my book.

Pretty impressive bonus offer, assuming that they are now allowing bitcoin for withdraw.
I wanted to get the information straight from the horse's mouth, so I went to chat & asked about bitcoin's new role there. Here is how that went:
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Myra'
Myra: Welcome to our live chat service. My name is Myra; how may I assist you today?
JennaSloto: Hi Myra I just got the promotional email for Bitcoin
JennaSloto: I am wondering if Bitcoin is available as a withdraw method yet
Myra: I will be more than happy to assist with your query.
Myra: Yes, it is.
JennaSloto: The email is advertising that it is, however last I checked it was not
JennaSloto: IT IS???
JennaSloto: REALLY??
JennaSloto: Omg I am so excited!
JennaSloto: I will be making my first deposit today
JennaSloto:
JennaSloto: Are the btc withdraws done within an hour like the email states
JennaSloto: ?
JennaSloto:
Myra: I am glad to see that we made you excited.
JennaSloto: YAY!
Myra: It takes up to 72 business hours.
JennaSloto: It’s fast and Secure Bitcoin transactions are generally very fast. In worse cases it may take up to 1 hour to clear. Bitcoin transactions also don't require you to give up any secret information. Instead, they use two keys, and a private one. More info on our video tutorial
JennaSloto: that is from the email
JennaSloto: It may take up to 72 hr? but is that just a buffer & usually they process instantly, right?
JennaSloto: Myra, this is wonderful news & I want you to share with your colleagues that I authored a blog post about the fact that sloto was a respected casino, yet they did not offer the ability to withdraw through bitcoin only deposit ... so I will be updating that blog & letting players know that it is now available
JennaSloto:
Myra: We have to process the withdrawal first.
JennaSloto: so is there a pending time
JennaSloto: do the funds have to wait for any pending period?
Myra: Yes.
JennaSloto: ok is there a mandatory pending period?
JennaSloto: That is the part that players will not be happy with
JennaSloto: I know this is not your problem, but if you could either relay this information to the people making the decisions or direct me to them I can share this information myself.
Myra: It takes 48 business hours for pending.
JennaSloto: See, those pending periods that we have dealt with in the past are what screws us up all the time... we are die hard gamblers & we end up reversing the funds & that seems to be what the casino is counting on
JennaSloto: because as I said in the blog there is NO good reason for the withdraw not to be instant when using bitcoin
JennaSloto: the service you are using to process the incoming transaction is instant
JennaSloto: the same service can be utilized for the withdraw
JennaSloto: There have been many comments from players specific to this issue
JennaSloto:
JennaSloto: Myra you have been very helpful & I appreciate your help
JennaSloto: Thank you for your time & help.
JennaSloto: Myra just in case you do share this with management I want to include this note... Sloto is well respected & I commend there efforts to pay promptly & fairly
Myra: Thank you.
Myra: You're welcome.
Myra: May I assist you with anything else today?
JennaSloto: the issue regarding bitcoin is polarized by the fact that Extreme runs the same exact software/cashier & they are able to offer instant cashouts in 5 mins or less
JennaSloto: not to mention the other bitcoin casinos (non RTG) that are also instant... thanks again friend that is all.
JennaSloto: Have a great week ahead, Myra
Myra: You're welcome.
Myra: Please tell us what you think about this chat!
Myra: Click on “close chat” button to take a short survey. Thanks for chatting and have a nice day!
Like I said to Myra, this is a good thing & I am happy to see Sloto making moves in the right direction. However, the promotional email I received today clearly states:
Bitcoin transactions are generally very fast. In worse cases it may take up to 1 hour to clear.
If the worst case scenario is 1 hour to clear, then what do they call their "up to 72 hours" scenario? A nightmare?
It's better then where they were a week ago, but I am still not going to deposit at an RTG that isn't willing to AT LEAST COMPETE with Casino Extreme! If they can't offer me all of the benefits that I get at Extreme, then why would I want to play there?

RHODA, my dear friend, please do not deposit at Raging Bull with bitcoin! They will not allow you to withdraw using bitcoin so the "wonder" of the instant withdraw will be lost on that deposit.
I HIGHLY recommend you try Extreme for your RTG bitcoin casino & if you are interested in some really fun new software, check out:
GTBets.eu
VegasCasino.io
BitStarz
mBit
7bit
BetChain
BetOnline.AG
I think Drake & Gossip also allow bitcoin withdraws but I can't speak from experience like with the rest of the casinos I listed above.
Most of these have either exclusive match bonuses from LCB or they have an offer in the LCB shop to maximize your gambling dollars. Good Luck, friend! I want to send you this Illinois Lottery Scratcher I have! It's a winner & I won't be returning to Chicago any time soon.2.7/ 5
