  • are there any recommendations for a bitcoin wallet to use for transfers to and from casinos? Is there a difference or does it matter? I guess I’m looking for a wallet that doesn’t take too long to officially make funds available. And I know some casinos wait for 3 confirmations before allowing you to play and some just wait for one. Is there a wallet that would do the same? Let funds be available with one confirmation?

  • I would suggest blockchain or coinbase as far as i know those are the most secure wallets with bitcoin and depending on how you want to receive the cash the btc to usd is basically a click away

  • Hello there! As an affiliate manager of a crypto casino, I have quite an experience in dealing with bitcoin to casino transfers. My rule of thumb is to go with something trusted, with that said I would recommend Bitgo - https://www.bitgo.com/

I've been using it ever since, and I can say that only had a pleasurable experience.

Do not hesitate to reach out to me with any crypto related topics.

    Thank you

  • I would recommend Coinbase, all things considered, I think it's a good choice, especially for safety reasons due to 2fa and private keys. You can also store LTC and ETH, plus it is a prefered wallet for most users. I've heard good things about Bitgo, though I've never used it. Also, Blockchain, but is a web wallet, and you'd want offline, hardware wallet for obvious reasons.

the problem with BitGo is you can only use it to receive and send coins. You cant actually deposit money and purchase coins.

im using bitfinex and bitstamp exchanges.

  • Hi, I agree with Nina and Sylvanna and would also like to add Bitpay to the list of recommended bitcoin processors. Feel free to contact me directly with any bitcoin questions at [email protected]. We also just added Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and Dogecoin to our long list of currencies. Best, Brian

  • I dont recommend coinbase - They could shut down your account if they suspect gambling transactions are taking place.  You would probably be able to withdraw your balance before they shut down your account though.

If you play smaller stakes and deposit at a handful of casinos, I would like to suggest localbitcoins.com.  You can purchase bitcoin lower than market price on localbitcoins.  You can also sell bitcoin for higher than market price.  In addition, the fees to send bitcoin are extreemly low on this site, as they combine multiple peoples send transactions into one large transaction, thereby reducing the transaction fees for everyone.  On the flip side, there is a tiny fee to receive bitcoins into your localbitcoins.com wallet and transactions are not instant, but are generally sent in about 5 minutes.

Good luck where ever you gamble!

  • I would highly recommend Paxful. They not only allow for you to purchase Bitcoin which will be added to your wallet, but also to sell Bitcoin from your wallet. They also send your transactions the fastest I have experienced and have a low (compared to other wallets) transaction fee (0.0008).

  • i gonna try BITCOIN in the next month...
