has this ever happened to anyone while playing at bitcoin casinos?

  the other night, while playing phoenix princess on my iphone at bitcasino.io...  i was hitting the bonus freespins like crazy.  i was only betting at 1.50 i think and got 114 mbtc from the spins.  so i upped my bet to 2.50.  right away i got the bonus freespins again. i was like, hmmm is this slot broken or something? because although i kept getting the bonus spins and it retriggered over n over..., but after a big win, it would get stuck.  as in, unable to continue to the next spin.  of course, usually when u refresh it, it will continue where it left off or replay the whole bonus out . i kept having to refresh over n over because for some reason it just wouldnt continue after my last big win. i still had alot more spins left that hadnt been played yet and so far i won 109 mbtc .  my iphone battery was at 5 percent, so, thinking it wouldnt matter if i switched to my computer, i opened up the slot hoping for it to also continue where i left off. 

  the first spin should have took me into bonus mode if it was replaying, but it didnt. so just to be sure i spinned again. i saw that my balance went down and the 109 mbtc wasnt added on to my balance. i told live chat right away hoping they could track it. 

  the strange part is that they couldnt track it. they couldnt even find it. they only found the bonus i won from the first bonus which was added to my balance already. i know that, i was asking about the 2nd bonus. but they couldnt understand what i was saying cause they couldnt find that session i was talking about. i went on the iphone to see if it went back to where it was but now, it said session cant be found. i took a screenshot and asked for them to search that session id because thats where i left off and was playing before switching to this current session on the computer.  i mean, it has to be there somewhere especially since i provided the session id number too right? 

  unfortunately for me, even the game provider wasnt able to or didnt care to find that session that i provided the screenshot of. its like i made it up only. but how can i make up the screenshot then?!! 

  oh well, no use argueing cause i know i wont win...so unfair but it did feel too good to be true anyways.. i consider it as : all malfunction voids all pay...if they could atleast say it was something like that, i'd feel better but instead the gameprovider says everything was fine with the slot and all winnings were paid.. 

 ok that means i made everything up in my head right? 

so i decided to just stop there because i actually really love bitcasino.io and didnt want to get into such a intense dispute over it that would result in me not wanting to play at my fave casino anymore...

idk,.... it really sucks for this kind of stuff to happen.. and to have no proof except for the screen shot that only showed the session id that cant be found anymore...i was upset so thought i would blow off heat by expressing it..

and in future, i feel as though i need to record my gameplay just to have evidence of what im saying cause if not, i feel as if im just treated as a liar whos trying to scam a freebie or something from them.. 

Hence the reason why I stopped playing at BitCasino.io.  You do realize the "gaming provider" is BitCasino.io right?  Coin Gaming is a product of BitCasino.io, which also has a sister site VegasCasino.io, and sportsbook.io.

Really I have said this a few times since the last fiasco with them having pirated games.  Yes getting the gifts when you hit your targets is nice.  Mainly because no other casino does that for a US Player.

Yet when the people providing the games are also the ones who have been now caught on several occasions providing pirated software for there players to play.   Shouldn't that stop deposits from most people who would come to realize that maybe BitCasino.io isn't as on the up as some people would think?

Then let's not forget the Christmas fiasco where magically 100 Christmas gift prizes went AWOL at drawing time.  Then after several and I mean several people cried foul.  Magically the prizes were readded only after several people provided proof that they pulled a whole slew of prizes at the last minute.

Don't get me wrong, BitCasino.io has been the only casino I have ever played to pay me some of the huge sums of BTC that I have amassed.  Yet when now they've been caught in my book on more than a few occasions with there pants down.  To me this screams of a scam casino that really ought to be rogued by most places.  To eventually be shut down by players who really can't be bothered to deposit because the players know better than to give rogue people money.

Yet it would seem as if most people are willing to turn a blind eye to all of the accusasions above and and continue playing as if nothing has happened?  This to me is why rogue out fits like this one and cool cat, and dozens of others continue to operate.  Mainly because people still deposit and play happily despite the nasty past of the operator or gaming provider.

Anywho to finally shorten up my rant, no because of what BitCasino.io has become over the past year.  This type of thing happening doesn't surprise me.

Yes, Bitcasino.io is using Coin Gaming platform, but as far as we can tell they are not using pirated games. 

Investigation that lead us to Coin Gaming involved in supplying pirated games had to do with vegascasino.io (though they removed the pirated games and are clean at the moment). We conducted those investigations in parallel with Casinolistings so you can check out their report here as well as our report here. Some Novomatic games were in question there, but other games were genuine for the most part

Yet your investigation should have turned up that BitCasino.io and Coingaming.io shared the same Curaco gaming license up until they switched to Montegro.  Then when they switched back they magically left off the CoinGaming.io part in there new license.  That way BitCasino.io could "distance" themselves as far away from there "gaming partner" as possible.

BitCasino.io was the original sinner with these similar games, they just resupplied there pirated software to there sister casino.  VegasCasino.io which is where the majortiy of the US Players were shuffled to once they wanted to try there hand at Quick Fire slots.

On a smilar note, these titles have been available at VegasCasino.io for as long I can tell just these games only got pulled from BitCasino.io when they were originally in trouble.

So unless if BitCasino.io has now changed it's tune that there no longer sisters with VegasCasino, and that also no longer supplying there own there own software.  I think you folks ought to redig a bit harder.

Sorry to read yours experienced on bitcasino.io, from my personal experience i never had such an issue like you had there and i hope i will never  feel your condition..

But again in my experience i never had any problem while playing in bitcasino.io , im with them almost 1,5 year and i only spent smaller than 2 others bitcoin casino that i usually play too, i never made deposit mire than 10mBtc at bitcasino.io
