Betsoft software slots are not compatable to bet and play with cryptocurrency

   I play slots on several  online Bitcoin/ Crypto currency Casinos.  And, I wonder why only Betsoft software games (although there games appear on Bitcoin casino)to bet and play ANY of their games it does not convert your balance, or your bet into a Bitcoin balance.  If you are not that familiar with Bitcoin,  I will give you an example.  Any of the other gaming software will display your balance in Bitcoin like, if you deposit 200.00$ USD. It will show your balance as 2.0000 so, when you go onto any software to play it will allow you to bet accordingly with Bitcoin.  If Im betting the lowest bet of what is equal to .20¢ USD.  It will display like this :  0.00020.   My issue with Betsoft, and I LOVE THEIR GAMES, they are my favorite.  My issue is because their software games on bitcoin sites,  and again its only BETSOFT,  it turns my 200$ which appears as 2.0000 in Bitcoin.  It will turn it into 2.00$ two dollars!! And the lowest bet will be .30  so,  the lowest bet, in bitcoin .30 is 30$.  So,  Im out 200$ in 5 or 7 spins.  Nobody so far has been able to answer to this.  I really wish BETSOFT would address this issue and I could enjoy the games on Bitcoin casinos.  But, as it is now, I have to avoid Betsoft games on these sites.  Somebody tell me Betsoft can fix this.  I miss Betsoft games.  But,  who besides highrollers can afford to bet 30$ a spin. Come on?  Betsoft!! It can not be ignored. 

So true... Cryptowild casino got me like that. I deposited btc and when looked at account it said 30 cents I thought to myself WTF

I know this is with some Bitcoin casinos, maybe you should try play Bitstarz Casino, because I know 99% of their slots can be played in bitcoin currency even though at other casinos they dont.

I play in BTC at Bitstarz and never had an issue with any slot converting my balance.

It surely can be fixed and I don't think it's that difficult either. Moreover, I doubt they are not aware of this issue and I can't understand why they are not fixing it. 

However, as Fiekie247 says, there's always Bitstarz Casino.

You bring up a valid point and one I was not aware of. It's a serious enough issue that should be rectified. Have you contacted the casinos about this? I am really surprise there has not been more complaints. 

I would like to hear more feedback from players and their exerience.

Not sure who is responsible for fixing, but at Bitstarz - All Games work on Crypto Currency ( Also they have lower betting limits in BTC instead of 0.20 Mbit minimum, you can play at 0.020 Mbit minimum compare to other BTC casinos)

Now I play in BTC in this casino and I will deposit in BTC to claim the offer. However the deposited funds are in Bitcoin and you can play with BTC limited providers, however let say you lose your deposit and wanna play the spins, you need to change you currency to Euro or USD and then activate the free spins, as you cannot activate the spins in BTC currency. Hi there,  I am so sorry it took me this long to reply.  I have not had a laptop for the past month.  I don't do much writing when it's on my phone.  But, YES! I would LOVE to fill you in on this issue.  And, I am totally excited about the response that my post has been getting from the LCB members.  It is a relief to know, Hey? I'm NOT just IMAGINING this.  As, a few casinos DID TRY to convince me of.  I will name a few casinos that I play on and that I am aware of, where this issue currently exsists.  1st on my list Crypto Casinos that have Betsoft games that do not convert your balance or your bet into Bitcoin form.  Is, Mbitcasino.com. I have attempted to reach out to them on their site , under Live Chat.  And, not suprisingly I have gotten a reply that seems to come from someone who is trying to explain something they know little or nothing about. I understand that not everyone is "hip" to this crypto culture.  But, If they are going to explain something, should'nt they have some sort of understanding of the subject theyre trying to clarify?   The 2nd Casino on my list is Bitcoin.io and I've tried to ask them about Betsoft software slot games.  And, the way that it does not convert your balance or bet into crypto currency to play with.  I have gotten a similar reply no matter the casino.  I will say, in my experiance, it is not just a few of the Betsoft games that are not Bitcoin "friendly" so to speak.  Rather it is ALL Betsoft games.  And, it is not just a FEW Crypto casinos, it is ALL crypyto casinos that use Betsoft software games. To explain exactly what the problem again is, when you deposit 35$ in bitcoin onto a casino it lists it as m0.003500 and if you were to bet 50cent in bitcoin, it would make your balance 0.003450 but, the problem with Betsoft games slots is when you switch onto one of their games it will transform your 35$ balance into 3$ and 50cent.  and it does the same to your bet .  If you want to bet say, the lowest bet is 30 it would be like betting 3$ a spin.  It is a total rip off and , Like I said.  The casinos I've reached out to, have tried to tell me NO , Im the one thats wrong.  And, Its so difficult to explain it if it is someone who's not clear on how bitcoin works.. so... I finally just quit playing Betsoft games on these sites.  I turned to this forum in hopes SOMEBODY, SOMEWHERE can get SOMEONE to understand what I am saying.  And, get some results.  Because, I LOVE BETSOFT games.  They've always been one of my favorite slots software to play.  I hope you will look into this issue further.. What I noticed at Bitstarz, if you play with USD there are many more games available than if you play with bitcoin. The restriction of games can be what country you are from or that you are playing with a bonus. This restriction can also include your currency.  Next time you go on bitstarz, switch to USD and you will see. (before you deposit of course)  Lately at Bitstarz, there are a bunch of new games that I want to play and they are restricted.  I wish they wouldn't show them.  I must have tried at least 10 that said restricted. So  very annoying.  I remember Fortune Jack used to be that way, but I haven't played there in awhile.

Same issue here. I love Betsoft also but it seems its just easier to play the bitcoin games instead of trying to solve the bitcoin/$ conversion for every bet.
