I got the 25 chip form the first promotion.

1) The wagering req. pop up: 300 $ on every game roulette excl.
So I wagered on BJ which was pretty fast and at the end I had 50$ on withdrawble account.

I tried to withdraw via neteller, which was automaticly declined by the system, because I had to send them my documents and faxbackform. This procedure took 1 day: but them it took 2 weeks and everday contacting the chat support for the documents to be confirmed. At the end "Kevin" who was very nice helped me by taking care of it personally and sending the documents personally to the manager. 1 Hour later the account was updated and I was able to reguest the withdraw via neteller, which is now pending: it normally takes 10-12 business days for the request to be approved.

What I forgot to say: Kevin also took personal care about the "wrong" wag. req.: he told me that it should be 60x on BJ I told him, but the rules which appered after I redemmed the coupon told me sth. else: he checked it and said: our fault, so it will be 300$ for you!

However the "fight" is still not over, it will be only when the money will appear on my MB account.
