Back Yggdrasil and True Lab Unveil Latest Festive Game Christmas Tree

Days after releasing Carol of the Elves, a seasonal slot arcade with highly entertaining gameplay and lengthy thrill-ride winning streaks, Yggdrasil Gaming has unveiled its latest festive game, Christmas Tree, developed in partnership with YG Masters studio – True Lab.

By combining imaginative visuals, charming playability and blissful tunes for a fun-filled action, this title announces a rewarding and spirited festive season. The cascading reels are situated on a gorgeously decorated Christmas tree with snowflakes gently fluttering in the background, while glittering lights and a smiley Snowman complement this genuine holiday setting.

A Volatile Holiday Story

Shaped as a dense and ultra-thick Xmas fir, the grid requires at least five or more matching images in a diagonal cluster to form a winning sequence. After a win, the clusters are removed to let new symbols fall in and fill the empty spaces.

For stacking three or more cascades, players receive a Christmas Present which contains either win multipliers up to x30 total bet, five complimentary spins or a real holiday treat from five to 1,000 coins.

During base play, a grinning snowman will survey the festive scenery and occasionally turn symbols into Wilds, while the Blizzard may provide an even greater opportunity to win a monumental amount in this joyful, Christmassy slot.

As a reminder, this seasonal title is Yggdrasil’s second project in partnership with YG Masters studio True Lab, backed with Game Adaptation Tools & Interface (GATI) technology. In December 2019, the studios jointly released Victoria Wild, a hunt for treasures through sandstorms and dry deserts with a maximum exposure of 25,000x bet.

The Power of GATI

By employing the powerful GATI engine, developers are in the position to publish best-in-class content thanks to a preconfigured, regulation-ready, standardized development toolkit. Christmas Tree is created on a solid basis with a high variance math model, moderate bet level ratio between €0.4 to €40 per spin, and an RTP rate of 96.15 percent.

On a related note, True Lab is an MGA-licensed iGaming provider within the True Flip group. The supplier’s growing portfolio of innovative HTML5 titles contain a unique algorithm with fascinating gameplay features, including buy bonus modes, extra spins, multipliers, expanding wilds and more.

Stuart McCarthy, head of partner programs at Yggdrasil, commented:

“We are all getting in the Christmas spirit so we’re delighted to introduce True Lab’s second game developed via the YG Masters and our revolutionary GATI technology. Christmas Tree is a fun-filled, captivating game that I’m sure will get everyone in the mood for the festive season. I’m sure players will love this game and, while we encourage putting on your best Christmas jumper, it’s not compulsory.”

Chief business development officer at True Lab, Vasily Polynov, noted:

“The capabilities of the superb state-of-the-art GATI technology is shown off to great effect with Christmas Tree. It’s been an exciting year for us and we are thrilled to release our second game as a YG Masters partner and to show off how well our relationship is working.”

Polynov added:

“In Christmas Tree, our developers have come up with such an innovative and immersive game that’s so enjoyable to play. It’s certainly going to be a happy Christmas for slot fans.”

Among other significant titles from this provider are also Crazy Mix, Day and Night, Startup Valley and Robby the Illusionist.
