Online casino operator with probably one of the largest slot libraries on the entire iGaming market, Videoslots, has integrated a new payment method onto its platform. The brand that recently entered Sweden’s regulated market now accepts Swish as a deposit solution.
The market’s most popular cashout option currently has some 6.7 million users and it will strengthen the operator’s collaboration with local banks, payment services and other player offerings, including market growth.
CEO, Alexander Stevendahl commented about the latest add-on:
“Swish is Sweden’s most popular payment method and it will help us cater to even more players in a fast and cost-effective manner.
We’re always looking for way to grow our customer base and brand by making depositing quick and simple and this integration will help us do exactly that.”
Prior Upgrades To The Platform
Right after joining Sweden’s iGaming market in December 2018, Videoslots integrated another important withdrawal method for its players – BankID. This identification solution speeds up the process of verifying user identities and it was specifically developed by Swedish banks. Approximately eight million people actively use it on a daily basis for various payment operations and transactions.
Stevendahl pointed out what the addition of this solutions means to the platform by saying:
“We are thrilled to have teamed up with BankID to offer our Swedish customer base the possibility to access the site with this technology.
BankID is a well-known and popular tool for identification in Sweden and I am sure that customers will appreciate how it will improve and ease the registration and log-in process to access our games.”
Furthermore, the award-winning gaming platform appointed David Cutajar as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) after a successful run in the financial sector, where he propelled the company’s turnovers and increased the number of personnel.
Key Year For Growth
Apart from launching with Stakelogic in Sweden at the beginning of January, whose portfolio is known for smash hits like Classic Joker 5 Reels, Twin Joker and Book of Cleopatra, casino operator is focusing on growing each segment of business in 2019, including the creation of new offices and talent acquisition.
Stevendahl also revealed that the platform appointed Gemma Hodge as its new chief of Human Resources and said:
“Gemma has shown a dedication to all things Videoslots since arriving last year and her performance has fully merited her appointment as Chief of HR.
This will be a key year of growth for us and the expansion of our HR team will reflect that, and we are sure that Gemma is the perfect person for this position.”
According to Stevendahl, Hodge will be responsible for reshaping the business, which represents the company’s key strategy for growth in this year.
