Having completed the gameplay, the tested made a withdrawal request on the same day, December 22, 2021. She opted for the same method and requested to cash out EUR 50. However, when she typed in the desired amount, the tester was notified that “The requested amount is bigger than allowed for withdrawal.”

She even tried to type in smaller sum, but the same info appeared again. For that reason, she got in touch with the support department to find out what was going on.

A day later, on December 23, 2021, the tester made a new request, and this time, the transaction was approved instantly. She received EUR 50 via Skrill, with no fee charged.

According to the cashier, the permitted amount to withdraw ranges between EUR 20- 400, with 0 commission imposed. The available withdrawal methods include Bank Transfer, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, VISA, Sofort, ecoPayz, Bitcoin, Zimpler, AstroPay, Litecoin, Ethereum, Klarna, Dogecoin, MuchBetter, Jeton, Tether, Tron, MiFinity, and Sticpay.

The Terms state as follows:

“All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification, every day 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3).”

There is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. The maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are €400 or ₽33 000, €1,200 or ₽100 000 in 24 hours and €20,000 or ₽1 660 000 per month. As for the minimum to cashout, the sum is set at€20 / ₽1000 for bank cards and €20 / ₽700 for other payment methods.

In addition to this:

“If the amount of bets from the player’s real balance at the time of application for withdrawal is less than three times the deposit, the Company has the right to withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount. The commission is deducted from the player’s real balance.”

Communication with the Support Department and KYC Procedure

Following the first unsuccessful attempt to withdraw, the tester decided to contact the live chat support. The agent wasn’t of much help, so the tester decided to send an e-mail and inquire about the situation on December 22, 2021.

Even though she didn’t wager the deposit three times, which was the requirement, the Terms indicated that the cash-out requests can be processed with the commission of up to 10%.

As per the e-mail sent by the Financial Department a bit more than an hour later, the tester needed to send some documents to have the account verified.

Day later, on December 23, 2021, she submitted a personal ID front and back, a selfie with a personal ID, and Skrill wallet SS via e-mail.

However, one more e-mail arrived about an hour later, asking the tester to send the documents she had already supplied. She repeated the procedure, hoping that her request to cash out will be successful this time- and it was. The casino sent a confirmation e-mail.

Here’s what Terms state on the ID verification procedure:

“An account owner must complete the account verification before withdrawing funds. This could be done by sending a message in the chat at the iWildCasino website, or by sending an email directly to the financial department: [email protected].

The account verification can take up to 24 hours from the receipt of the necessary documents sent by e-mail to: [email protected] 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3).”

In some situations, the operator may demand video verification vis Skype as well. Kindly note that the venue may, at its discretion, refuse to open an account to the customer, or block an existing one without notice.

Also:

Conclusion

Despite having to resubmit the documents, the tester didn’t have to wait too long to withdraw the winnings. The entire procedure was finalized quickly, within a couple of hours, with no major obstacles in either of the stages.
