Continuing to bring more and more value to the community, LCB keeps on examining a variety of online casinos from its burgeoning directory. With the help of numerous testers participating in the “From the Players, for the Players” project, our team has checked both respectable and blacklisted brands, giving members insights into one casino’s quality of services and performance.
Our tester for this project was MarijaS, who has so far investigated numerous venues and brought us plenty of valuable first-hand insights. She registered, deposited 0.0063BTC/$200, went through the KYC procedure, played multiple games, and requested withdrawal.
Was she able to cash out the entire sum on her balance?

What follows is a comprehensive Cloudbet Casino test report, so stay with us!
Registration
On July 22, the tester paid a visit to Cloudbet Casino and registered. The procedure itself was more than simple. All she had to do was enter her e-mail address, password and confirm the address.
After this step, she proceeded to the profile page to make a couple of adjustments and complete her profile. Aside from selecting the nickname (which, FYI cannot be changed later), she also adjusted the desired format for odds and selected crypto as the preferred payment option.
Having completed this, she went on to have the account verified. As listed in the profile, there are two options to complete it- SMS verification and personal verification. She opted for SMS, so she received a 6-digit code to the number she submitted.
Worth adding is that, unlike a nickname, the phone can be modified later at any time.
Depositing
Following a hassle-free registration, the tester decided to make a deposit on the same day, July 22. She wanted to fund the account using Bitcoin, so she went to Coinbase to authorize the device and then make the desired transaction.
Her intention was to replenish the account with $200 but in BTC. According to the converter, $200 equaled 0.0063BTC on the said day.
So, the tester entered the desired amount of money and received a confirmation mail from Coinbase. She checked the cashier a couple of times to see the status of the transaction. Upon confirming her e-mail address, she had the transaction approved immediately.
KYC Procedure
Having read the Terms and Conditions, the tester accessed the “Verification” tab. As stated, verification is needed to proceed with fiat withdrawals.
To validate the identity, a punter can choose to submit a passport, driving license, or ID card. The document can be select to take a photo, continue on mobile or upload a file - which was our tester’s preferred option.
She submitted the front and the backside of her ID card, after which she had to go through a face recognition process and finalize the verification. When in this phase of verification, punters have two options- to receive the code via e-mail or scan a QR code.
The link arrived a couple of minutes later, so she completed the necessary requirements. Accessing the “Verification” tab again, she saw a notification that documents are being validated. On July 22, at 13:50, when accessing the said field again, the tester saw that her profile was verified.
Communication with Live Chat Support
When analyzing the Terms, the tester didn’t encounter any information related to the minimum withdrawal amount. To find out, she got in touch with the support agent, who explained that the minimum sum to cash out is 0.0001 BTC.
Then the tester inquired about the withdrawal procedure. As far as the chat agent said, to make a withdrawal, the tester has to click on the “Withdraw” button, enter the desired amount of BTC and the e-mail address. The request is usually processed within 24 hours.
Also, to be able to cash out, a player needs to play through 100% of the deposit. When asking where to keep track of the playthrough progress, the agent said the support team is available 24/7 to provide an answer on this, adding that our tester has already completed 23.36% of the required percentage.
Gameplay
Having in mind that this operator is teamed up with a large network of content suppliers, the tester had a wealth of titles to choose from.
Her playing session begun with Respin Circus by ELK Studios. She wanted to check out Legacy of Oz by Triple Edge Studios and Microgaming, but changed her mind and decided to try luck with Elite of Evil: The First Quest by Gamevy.
The next in line was Book of 99 by Relax Gaming, Mr Macau by BetSoft, Bottled Wishes by Nucleus Gaming, Book of Darkness by BetSoft, Hyper Gold by Gameburger Studios, and Joker Leprechauns by Kalamba Games, where she had a couple of noteworthy wins.
After that, she ventured into Fruit Rush by Gamomat, then Bangkok Dreams by Kalamba Games, Tiger’s Claw by BetSoft, Firedrake’s Fortune by Kalamba Games, Nitropolis by ELK Studios, and returned to Bottles Wishes by Nucleus Gaming.
On July 23, the next day, she had another playing session. This time, it was Joker Leprechauns by Kalamba Games to open the season, followed by Respin Circus by ELK Studios and Bar Bar Black Sheep by Microgaming.
Furthermore, she returned to one of the releases she already played- Hyper Gold by Gameburger Studios and wanted to check out Golden Castle by Fantasma Games (via Relax Gaming Silver Bullet program). Instead, she returned to Firedrake’s Fortune by Kalamba Games.
Her next choice was Booming Seven Deluxe by Booming Games and in the end 10000 Wishes by Alchemy Gaming.
Withdrawal
Having completed the last game, the withdrawal option was finally unlocked, so the tester decided to make a cashout request. On July 23, 2021, she sent a request to withdraw 0.00196407 BTC. The Cashier states that the minimum withdrawal sum is 0.0001 BTC. When converted to dollars on the said day, the amount was $63.70.
So, when typing in the desired amount, she received the notification that the available balance was smaller than the one she saw in the cashier. At first, the tester didn’t realize what was going on, so she contacted live chat support once again.
However, while waiting for the chat agent to respond, she realized that the amount was discrepant due to a mandatory transaction fee of 0.00054240 BTC/ $17.61. When subtracting the fee amount from the entire balance, she got the available withdrawable amount.
According to the Terms:
“7.1.9. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.”
The request was processed quickly, in a couple of minutes., so the tester received 0.00142167 BTC/ $45.97. Confirmations from both the casino and Coinbase arrived, marking the end of our tester’s investigation.
Conclusion
Overall, no major issues appeared in either of the stages of Cloudbet Casino testing. However, some key information is missing from the Terms.
Even though 100% deposit playthrough is more or less the industry’s standard (sometimes it goes even higher than that), it should be mentioned in the Terms. Also, to find out the minimum withdrawal sum, the tester contacted chat support, as the info was nowhere to be found on the official website. A handy feature, something like a progress bar, where players could follow the playthrough percentage would be convenient as well.

The process was running without big complications. However, as we are all aware, reading T&Cs before playing is a must, but in this case we met the situation that the key information were not found on the site, actually provided by Live Chat. As per my opinion, this is a disadvantage, the following should be emphasized...
