Deposit

Having finalized the registration, the tester went on to deposit on the same day, but that’s where the first issues occurred. When accessing the deposit option under the “Real” [ money gambling], he couldn’t see any deposit option. More precisely, they appeared non-functional.

To find out what was going on, he once again reached out to the live chat department and explained the problem to the agent. She told him that the options were supposed to be visible when the currency is set, but that wasn’t the case with our tester.

Withdrawal
