Back Silverback Gaming Debuts Gold of Egypt Slot with Relics and Riches

Silverback Gaming invites players to embark on a journey back to ancient Egypt with their latest release, Gold of Egypt. This thrilling slot transports players to a mysterious land ruled by Pharaohs, where ancient relics and treasures lie hidden, waiting to be uncovered by those daring enough to explore the tombs.

Set in a vast, sun-scorched desert, Gold of Egypt immerses players in the atmosphere of a long-lost civilization. The game’s 3x3 grid brings a variety of ancient Egyptian symbols to life, including iconic creatures such as the Cat, Snake, Scorpion, and Scarab, as well as various hieroglyphs that spin across the reels. The ultimate goal for players is to spin the reels, locate the relics, and trigger the exciting bonus features hidden within the game.

Relics and Respins Await in the Base Game

In Gold of Egypt, there are four Mystical Relics that can appear in the base game—Cat, Snake, Scorpion, and Scarab—each offering its own unique mini-game. When one of these relics lands on the reels, it transports players into a special round where some of the tomb’s most valuable treasures can be discovered.

For instance, landing a Scarab activates a Tall Wild feature on reels one and three, while reel two spins for a chance to form a winning combination. The Cat relic, on the other hand, awards players between two and ten Respins, with reel two covered by a Tall Wild, and reels one and three spinning for a guaranteed win.

The Scorpion relic introduces an exciting respin feature that continues until a win is achieved, with the winning combination then being multiplied by a random factor between 10x and 30x. Meanwhile, the Snake relic awards players with extra Respins and scatters two to nine Random Wilds across the reels, continuing until a winning combination occurs.

In addition to the Mystical Relics, Gold of Egypt also features rare Golden Relics that offer the game’s largest potential payouts. There are three types of Golden Relics—Mini, Major, and Grand—each bringing its own Win Multiplier. The Mini Relic multiplies the win by 30x, the Major by 100x, and the Grand by a whopping 300x.

The game’s Wild symbols further enhance the chances of winning by offering several variations—Standard, Double, and Tall Wilds—each contributing to forming more valuable combinations. These Wilds work in tandem with the relics and respins, ensuring that players have numerous ways to increase their fortunes as they progress deeper into the tomb.

Gold of Egypt features a 3x3 reel layout with 9 paylines, offering a Return to Player (RTP) rate of 96.06% and a maximum win potential of 2120x the player’s stake. The slot has already been certified for release in several key European and North American markets, including Italy, Malta, Ontario, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Katya Machuganova, Gaming Product & Partnership Manager at Silverback Gaming, expressed her enthusiasm about the game’s release: “Gold of Egypt takes the iconic ancient theme and wraps it around gripping gameplay that will appeal to the most adventurous players. Relics and Respins are key to discovering the game’s most valuable treasures, with each Relic triggering a mini-game that promises to get pulses racing as players find themselves going deeper and deeper into the tomb towards the max win potential.”

This latest addition to Silverback Gaming’s portfolio is sure to attract fans of slots featuring historical themes, with its rich combination of adventure, suspense, and substantial reward opportunities.
