There are so many slot games that I love at the land based casinos. One from back in the day is Stars & Stripes. It’s a classic three reel slot game with red, white and blue 7’s. I remember playing it when I turned 21 and winning like crazy. Betting $3 per spin, I had a good feeling that today might be a good day. I tend to do better on classic slots although I prefer video slots. A combination of red, white and blue 7’s on the reel is the biggest payout. You could win 10,000 for playing 3 coins. I think I would pass out. I did hit a red 7 and two blue 7’s for $60. So far so good.
Within a minute or so I got 3 white bars for another $60. I had loaded $100 onto the slot and once it was gone, I would quit. My balance was boosted by $90 at this point. If I could get over $200 and double my money I was taking it! The payout was up and down like a yo-yo. At one point I had two white 7’s on the reel and the third slid right by. That would have paid out $600 so I was absolutely sick.
I played down to $150 and took it. I refused to risk giving it all back and ruin some good memories.
