In my experience with online gambling, it’s been awhile since I have had any success with the casinos. Today I was hopeful that my luck would change. While I was looking at the list of slots that were available in Quatro Casino, I saw that “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Tournament” was in play. I remembered I had seen the movie by the same name, and that its action and adventure were really thrilling for me so I decided to join in just for the fun of it. However, having played Tomb Raider many times since its debut I haven’t had much luck, and it was disappointing. But just like every other gambler, every time I play a game there’s a tiny ray of hope that I will hit a jackpot.
After joining the tournament, the game gave me 15 minutes to play 3750 coins with a maximum bet of 75 coins. The prize pool wasn’t big, but it was quite satisfying at $360. When I started playing the slot I was at the 5551st position, and then after the first five minutes, I had a win of 375 coins with 3 Tomb Raider symbols in the combination and had added 1280 coins to my Win Box. With no time to waste I kept spinning, and it seemed like the slot was dead for me. The only noticeable win was when I got five Lara symbols that gave me 2500 coins and brought my balance up to 3865. After that win I felt as though the game felt sorry for me, and gave me some smaller winnings – although I’m well aware that a slot machine doesn’t really feel for its players. I finished playing with 4395 coins in my Win Box, and it put me in the 1283rd place.
I wasn’t satisfied with how the tournament ended for me, but I know that light (winning) will eventually triumph over darkness (losing), and until this happens, I will keep spinning and hoping that the light will come sooner than later.
