Pariplay has acquired a new B2B license issued by the Swedish Gambling Authority, the Spelinspektionen. Thanks to this major green light, the company will be able to continue to provide its games and services in Sweden when new regulations come into force.
As recently stated, companies that want to continue their work in this market after July 1st of this year will have to secure a gaming software permit.
The Swedish license that can be guaranteed in this way lasts for 5 years, and Pariplay is one of the first brands to add this approval to their portfolio.
This means that players from Sweden will continu to have acces to titles from Pariplay's portfolio, including games from over 150 developers delivered via its Ignite partner program or Fusion aggregation platform.
Also, titles from the developer’s Wizard Games portfolio will be available.
This license marks a major move for Pariplay as it strengthens its position in the European market and also in the industry. For now, the developer enjoys a high place among the leading companies in this industry thanks to numerous expansions and fantastic adventures that adorn its library of games.
Adrian Bailey, Managing Director at Pariplay®, said: "Sweden is a key market for us at Pariplay®, so we're thrilled to have obtained our B2B permit in order to continue operating within the country once the new regulations begin. We're committed to keeping being the leading aggregator in regulated markets, and look forward to continuing to entertain our Swedish players for many years to come."
Bogdan Barbacaru, Head of Compliance at Pariplay® added: "Our dedication to regulated markets is extremely important, so we're thankful to the Spelinspektionen for granting us a permit that will allow us to continue operating in Sweden. We're excited to keep growing in the market and strengthen our foothold, both in Sweden and within Europe as a whole."
