Leading iGaming Supplier Pushes Further Expansion to LatAm

After surprising news about selling its Quickfire platform and progressive jackpots network to Games Global, Microgaming returns with a new important announcement; the world’s leading aggregator has become the first online gaming supplier to enter Buenos Aires city and province, as the two markets officially started on 9 December.

This strategic expansion will secure and strengthen the company’s commitment to Latin America, giving customers access to a diverse range of the most popular casino games on the market.

Initial Rollout to Include 49 Legendary Slots

As reported, Microgaming has formed new partnerships with several casino suppliers to launch a full collection of online gambling products in both the capital, Buenos Aires and province, while further operators expect to go live in the coming months.

The Isle of Man-based software giant, whose CEO recently stepped down after 3 years, will initially launch only 49 games to both markets through its aggregation platform. Among the announced titles are legendary online slots in the style of Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II and Break Da Bank Again, as well as top-performing recent releases.

On top of that, customers will also gain access to a wide range of popular partner content, powered by Microgaming’s studios and third-party developers.

In recent years, Microgaming has established a firm presence in the Latin American region and also expanded its portfolio by forging long-lasting relationships with customers operating across the continent.

The company is active in the Colombian market since 2018, but it also continues to focus on regulated markets across LatAm and other expansion opportunities like in the newly regulated Argentinian province.

Hayley Da Silva, head of markets at Microgaming commented on the studio’s recent expansion with the following statement:

With safer gambling and fair play at our core, we’re proud to welcome the new regulations in both the city and province of Buenos Aires. We’ve supported our customers closely with the licensing process in preparation for the markets opening, and we’re excited to see them push off from the starting blocks!

A Momentous Win

The provider has recently rolled out its latest collection of slots for December and the year 2021. However, Microgaming’s leading Mega Moolah Goddess slot has been triggered for an extraordinary €3,947,030.58 on 16 November 2021, marking the tenth payout of seven figures or more on the supplier’s progressive jackpot network this year.

In fact, this is the largest win to be uncovered on the ancient Egyptian-themed progressive jackpot slot in its history.

John Coleman, the outgoing CEO at Microgaming is delighted to see another spectacular win strike and congratulated the player on success!
