Striving to encompass the good, the bad, and the ugly, our team listed the following venues as possible options- Slotsroom.com (US), Hallmark (US), Ruby Slots, 3Dice (US), and BitcoinPenguin. Of course, there’s always an option to pick “others” and suggest a venue yourself, based on a positive or negative experience you’ve had with it.

Get Ready to Vote!
It seems like a formula that works flawlessly, which is why we decided to use it in the September contest again. So, members are given the opportunity to select a casino for testing and score valuable cash prizes.
The very first destination on the journey is this special September contest thread on the LCB forum. That’s where players can find the ongoing poll with a couple of suggestions.
To take part in the competition, punters should follow these steps:
- Vote for one of the facilities on the list, or suggest one themselves
- Leave a comment to let us know which venue they have selected and why
Prizes and Rules
When it comes to rewards, they are divided as follows:
- 1st - $100
- 2nd-5th - $50
- 6th-13th - $25
Making sure misunderstandings are eliminated, players interested in participating should memorize these rules:
- One post/vote ONLY per member is permitted
- To qualify, a punter needs to be 21 years or older
- One must be a member of LCB no later than August 1, 2021
Finally, the competition is active till the final day of the current month, and it ends on September 30, 2021. LCB reserves the right to void the contest at any time.
Which Casinos Participate in September Contest?
Ensuring consumers from various corners of the world are covered, we included both US-friendly online casinos as well as the venues which accept clients from other parts of the globe.
- Slotsroom.com - This US-friendly venue brings “a little bit of luxury” and belongs to casinos that accept Bitcoin. Regarding the game selection, it is equipped with content from Spinlogic Gaming and ViG.
- Hallmark (US)- Table games, video poker games, slot machines, and even specialty games are the genres offered by this operator which colaborates with BetSoft, Rival, Saucify, and Dragon Gaming. Top=notch games aside, this house of entertainment displays a sophisticated Loyalty scheme.
- Ruby Slots - When visiting this establishment, consumers can expect slow delayed payments, delayed withdrawal tactics, and voided winnings, which is the reason why the entire group is blacklisted. Has anything changed?
- 3Dice - One more US-friendly operator, this place offers exclusive games delivered by Angle Gaming Labs. Let’s not forget to mention a valuable bonus for the first deposit, a variety of promotions as well a multi-tier rewarding program.
- BitcoinPenguin - With such a self-explanatory name, it’s more than clear that this parlor caters to the needs of fans of BTC gambling. However, there’s a catch- it doesn’t have any license, so it’s blacklisted.

I think it would be great to do some research on the Sweepstakes Casinos and Fish Tables popping up in the USA. I do understand that this is a local trend but my guess is that the news is traveling with their growing popularity hand that other countries will soon see similar trends. I know of 3 that have popped up in my neighborhood locally in the last 2 months. I even thought about getting into the game myself as an online host. One can either set up machines in a business, residence or can run the casino online (or both). I'm interested in how the the government is responding to the Sweepatakes Casino's and "gaming" clear manipulations. From a news standpoint, I think for any casino enthusiast it's an interesting topic on and worth the LCB community's attention. Police raided 1 of the social/sweepstakes casinos down the street from me recently. I'm guessing they used zoning violations to get a warrant to enter a residence. Anyway, just a thought:) This seemed like a good place to post it

The list of casinos is great. I can't wait to see which of these brands is going to be tested this month. The prizepool is also amazing. Good luck!

I’d like to see what’s the situation like with Ruby Slots, as they are blacklisted.
