LCB Tests CasinoCasino - Depositing and Withdrawal Overview

Back

Continuing to bring more value to the iGaming community, LCB puts another online operator under scrutiny. This time we bring you our tester’s first-hand experience with CasinoCasino.

As with any other betting facility tested as part of the fast-growing project “From the players, for the players”, Coolife, LCB’s tester of the day for this venue, went through the complete procedure. He registered, made a deposit, played a couple of games, withdrew his money, and had some communication with the support agents.

Before we introduce you to every single step of our tester’s journey through CasinoCasino, allow us to give you a couple of highlights.

  • Tester of the day: Coolife
  • Date of registration: April 2, 2021
  • Deposit of CAD 252 using VISA made on April 2, 2021; minor issues appeared but the transaction was eventually successfully processed
  • No KYC was needed to either deposit or cash out
  • Communication with two support agents on April 2, 2021
  • The withdrawal request of CAD 62 made on April 4, 2021; the transfer was made from the casino to the tester’s bank one hour after the request

Without further ado, let’s follow Coolife’s experience with CasinoCasino!

Introducing CasinoCasino

CasinoCasino is an online betting venue approved by three regulators- Malta Gaming Authority, Gambling Commission of Great Britain, and Spelinspektionen.

Equipped with content from more than 20 software providers…

… this place is home to a fine selection of video slots, table and live games, video poker, as well as lottery and Slingo products. Among the featured studios, punters can find content delivered by NetEnt, Slingshot, IGT, High5 Games, and many more.

In terms of promotional activities, there was an ongoing introductory campaign of 10% cashback at the time of testing. As for the payment options, punters have credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers at their disposal.

To get in touch with the support team…

…punters can use phone, live chat, and e-mail. In addition to this, there’s a thread on LCB’s support forum where the official rep is available. On top of that, the website hosts versatile tools which aim to help players manage their behavior in a responsible manner (such as deposit and loss limits), as well as the link to the Sweden’s national self-exclusion register.

What follows is a detailed report on LCB tester’s genuine experience with depositing, communication with chat agents, real money play, and withdrawal procedure, so keep reading!

Registration and Depositing

To join this betting facility, our tester filled in a simple form on April 2, 2021. He entered his e-mail address and password, confirmed it, and then selected the country and desired currency. Having completed the first step, he proceeded to the next one in which some additional personal data where required.

Before the registration was finalized, one more window appeared, prompting him to confirm additional notification settings. The tester went through the terms briefly.

Next, the tester received an e-mail to activate the account. Following the successful registration, he decided to make a deposit the same day, April 2, 2021. His choice for depositing was VISA in the amount of CAD 252.

As stated in the dedicated section, the minimum funding amount with VISA is CA$15 with no service fees. Transaction time is immediate. However, after a couple of seconds, he received an error notification.

The tester decided to repeat the procedure. He went to the home page and returned to the deposit section, but this time, Coolife switched to Interac Online. The tester typed in the same amount CAD 252, but a blank window popped up.

After refreshing the page, he made another attempt. Once again, he entered the same amount, but this time using Interac e-Transfer. Unfortunately, the same thing happened one more time.

The tester went back to the e-mail with the activation link to access the account, but the same scenario repeated when he tried to deposit via Interac e-Transfer.

Communication with Support Department

The tester opted to communicate with the support center, namely the live chat department.

Agent Pablo responded in a timely manner, stating that the tester’s attempts to make a deposit are visible, but the transaction wasn’t finalized yet. His advice was to clear cache or try incognito mode, so the tester gave it a try.

Once again, no success. He even made a screenshot to document the blank window which persistently popped up. As other attempts to make a deposit using the same methods weren’t successful, he turned to live chat support once again. This time, he was connected with agent Marco.

The tester submitted the mentioned screenshot and inquired about the status of the transaction. He also added that he wasn’t interested in claiming any bonuses, assuming that one of the reasons for issues was that he didn’t enter the bonus code while trying to deposit.

Marco replied that some information was missing, and his suggestion was to try another device.

While brainstorming for a solution, the tester made another attempt to deposit the same amount via VISA. This time, the transaction was processed successfully.

What Was the Gaming Session Like?

After successful completion of the transaction, the tester headed to NetEnt’s Hell’s Kitchen, inspired by Gordon Ramsey’s globally popular TV show. Worth noting is that upon launching the game, a reality check window appeared, allowing a player to select a timeframe between 15 minutes and one hour. He set it at 60 minutes.

While playing Hell’s Kitchen, he had a couple of wins.

A bit later, he decided to explore Legacy of Dead by Play’n GO, where he had a decent win.

Two days later, on April 4, 2021, the tester decided to explore Rabbit Hole Riches, also from Play’n GO’s creative workshop.

His next choice was Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, from the same studio. He ended the playing session with on his balance CAD 62.

It’s Withdrawal Time!

After finishing his playing session, Coolife wanted to make a withdrawal request. He went to “Withdrawal” and opted for Interac e-Transfer. The desired amount was CAD 62.

As stated, transaction time for this method is 1 workday, there are no service fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is CA$75. In addition to this, another rule says as follows:

“Please note: Withdrawals may only take place in the same method as the last deposit was made with. If the method is not available, a bank transfer applies.”

In addition to this:

“In the long run, verified and regular players can change these particular settings. In rare situations, we withhold the right to decide that winning will be transferred through a withdraw option chosen by casinocasino.com.”

However, after the tester entered the desired amount, some colliding information regarding the minimum allowed amount for cashout appeared.

He tried changing the amount, but it was impossible to process the transaction. Apparently, he had to switch the method, as he successfully deposited using VISA.

Therefore, he revisited the “Withdrawal” section, and selected VISA. The amount was the same - CAD 62. Regarding this option, the rules say that no fees apply, and the processing time is one workday. The minimum sum to cash out using this method is CA$30. His attempt was successful.

The withdrawal of CAD 62 made on April 4, 2021 was sent to the tester’s bank one hour after the request was made. Coolife didn’t have to pay any fees for withdrawal, but punters should be aware that:

“Casinocasino.com reserves the right to charge a fee for any such transaction, subject to prior notification to the player. The fees of withdrawal will depend on the number of times a player withdraws, the amount he withdraws, and the frequency of withdrawals.”

Finally, the tester pointed out that…

… this venue has quite an interesting promotional offer. Every player is eligible to receive a 10 % cashback after losing his/her deposit. After replenishing the account, the clock starts counting down for 24 hours, and after this period expires, all accumulated cashback can be activated through the “activate cashback” button. However, deposits where the bonus was included do not contribute.

Any ID Verification Procedure?

As seen from the described procedure, the tester wasn’t obligated to go through any KYC procedure to either deposit and/or withdraw the funds.

However, do bear in mind the official terms state as follows:

“An Account will be obligatory verified when:

A player withdraws over two thousand three hundred euros (€2,300.00) in total.

A player uses a credit card for a deposit.”

Also, the Terms say that:

“Once your Account has been approved and verified, you are able to deposit to your casino Account at casinocasino.com.”

Worth adding here is that:

“Casinocasino.com reserves itself the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal request when or in case of:

A player did not identify him or herself or the credit card used for a deposit.

A player did not enter correct/full information about the player's personal details.”

Closing Comments

Aside from those glitches during the depositing procedure, our tester encountered no major issues while visiting CasinoCasino. Everything went well, support managers responded efficiently, the real-money play was satisfactory and he successfully withdrew CAD 62.
