Cluster Pays and some other slots (we had to make it shorter since the record time is too long) the closing cashout amounted CAD $63.00 and it has been approved in less than a day.
No KYC? No Problem.
At our tester’s surprise, this operator did not require any verification. Instead, its agent politely reffered to The Financial Support Team should a problem arise.
*As a remark, Coolife understood from the chat that players using Interac are in no need of verification. The withdrawal via this interbank network usually takes around 24 hours, since it’s linked to a user’s bank account in Canada. We cannot say for sure if Interac was the reason for a complete absence of KYC or the withdrawal amount (CAD $63.00), so further investigation should be conducted.

To complete the procedure, Coolife had to enter his email address and mobile phone number after which Royal Panda confirmed a successful withdrawal and immediately started to process the transaction.
In less than 24 hours, the tester confirmed the receipt of money via Interac who sent him a password to add new funds to his account (this process may also take a couple of hours as Gigadat serves as an intermediate between the casino and player’s bank account) but the money is withdrawn for sure.
