Double Check Minimum Withdrawal Limits Before Depositing!

Testing online casinos can be time-consuming. Even a thorough tester can sometimes get stuck in a vertigo of unexpected turn of events, and we all know that it takes a lot of knowledge to get out of all that mess.

Almost as a rule, testing can either get messy with WR or in the cashier – especially when you find out that the minimum withdrawal limit is higher than your winnings. Luckily, there is always a way to work your way out, and in this particular case, our tester did it with a second deposit.

It’s time to pay a visit to US-friendly SlotsWin, part of a reputable casino network whose software is powered by the pioneers of online gaming – RTG. This place is licensed by the Curacao Gambling Authority and it offers a decent selection of bonuses for first-time depositors.

To bring you first-hand information about the next gaming destination about to go under test, we hired our regular tester, Juggaloroscoe, whose growing experience in this matter helps more and more players to create a genuine image about online casinos, in general.

If you still don’t recognize his nickname, try looking at other test reports within our project “From the Players, For the Players” but for the time being, hang around for a couple of minutes to discover more about this brand from registering to cashing out.

In a nutshell, this is how the testing uncoiled:

  • Tester of the day: Juggaloroscoe
  • Date of signing up is Thursday, September 9th 2021
  • Account funded with $200 in Bitcoin on Sep 9 and $150 on Sep 14
  • Withdrawal request of $175 submitted on September 15th
  • Tester uploaded a photo of personal ID for KYC purposes on September 16
  • Player receives money on September 20th in Bitcoin
  • Dying to know where it went sideways? Keep reading, there is a lesson to be learned here.

Registration

This trial started in the usual way on 9 September, when our player initiated the registration procedure. The process consists of three steps, requiring each potential member to enter personal and contact details before opening an account.

Depositing

His next move was to place a deposit in Bitcoin and become eligible to play, so he opened the cashier and banked $200, which was 0.00430600 BTC. According to the Cashier, the minimum deposit limit per transaction in Bitcoin is $25, while the maximum is $10.000. Additionally, the Terms state:

If a win and withdrawal originate from a Bitcoin deposit, the withdrawal will be paid via Bitcoin only. If a win originated from a deposit method other than Bitcoin, related withdrawals will not be paid via Bitcoin.

The depositing times via Bitcoin are relatively fast on SlotsWin. It took our tester around 11-12 minutes to complete a transaction on the day of the registration. Since the entire process went without any hassle, we move on to the gaming part.

After almost 12 minutes, Juggaloroscoe was ready to open the library and play some of his favorite RTG titles.

There are some 207+ games in stock at this place, spanning from slots to video poker, table games, specialty and progressives. The portfolio is regularly updated with new arrivals from the provider, such as Legend of Helios, Sparky 7 and Lucky Catch – highlighted under the new games section.

Gameplay

Juggaloroscoe decided to begin his adventure with Double Double Jackpot Poker, a card game from 2018 with maximum win of 800x the bet. After losing a couple of bucks, he switched to another video poker game, called Sevens Wild. It is packed with modified payouts and several bonus winnings, very similar to Deuces Wild.

His next choice was to open specialty games and pick Banana Jones, a jungle-themed arcade with a bonus wheel, pick objects and multipliers.

After playing it for a while, our tester finally jumped to the slots category and picked Enchanted Garden to break the ice. His other choices included Cash Bandits 3, Lucky Catch, Trigger Happy, Ghost Ship and Dr. Winmore.

When the balance reached around $50, Juggaloroscoe ceased all gaming activities and went straight to the cashier to submit a withdrawal request of the remaining funds.

Withdrawal

It’s here when our tester realized that cashing out isn’t always as easy as it seems. When he attempted to cashout, Juggaloroscoe found out that the minimum required amount at SlotsWin for any withdrawal is exactly $100. He failed to find this information anywhere on the site prior to attempting the withdrawal. Realizing that his balance is well below this limit, he at first tried to build the balance back up, but soon gave up and decided to deposit again.

To request a successful payout, our tester made another deposit on 14 September, amounting $150 in BTC.

He wagered on games until his balance reached $175 in Bitcoin and he requested the full amount for withdrawal on September 15.

Since the Terms require players to be verified before cashing out, he uploaded a photo of his ID and address for KYC purposes on September 16.

The payment which was received and confirmed on 20 September, 2021. Of course, a successful KYC verification had to be completed before the payout.

Conclusion

There you have it!

Perhaps a bit perplexing and unexpected, but we successfully managed to conclude another relevant test, hoping that you understand the importance of reading the casino’s TERMS & CONDITIONS before even thinking about opening an account, let alone depositing.

Do let us know in the comments below how you feel about the test and whether SlotsWin overburdened its players by imposing high limits on cashouts.

Stay tuned for more reports coming soon and thank you for showing so much interest in our ongoing project “From the Players, For the Players”.
