Back From the Players for the Players: Mango Casino - A Quick £477.83p PayPal Payout

Mango Casino joined the scores of other online casinos on the ProgressPlay Limited platform in 2021, bringing with it a multitude of games and promotions with a huge emphasis on loyalty. Not only are there bonuses for new players but existing ones too with monthly deposit packages and tourneys offering great value for money entertainment. Customer support is available 24/7 should any issue arise. With all this in mind, we decided to put them to the From the Players for the Players test, to see if they are delivering everything they claim to be delivering.

Registration

On Thursday 20th January, our reviewer, SpinWinGrin, signed up to Mango Casino as a new customer. Like all registration forms, name, address, email, telephone, date of birth and occupation was required. It was a simple process with no complications. Just a few taps of the keyboard and she was in.

Depositing

No sooner had the registration form been submitted a new window appeared, the deposit window. Our tester of the day wanted to keep things simple and by this we mean she didn’t want to tie herself into wagering terms via the welcome offer. Sadly, there was no bonus opt-out option when it came to making a deposit.

Choosing PayPal as her preferred deposit route, SpinWinGrin initiated a deposit of £150. After verifying her identity via the PayPal app and being returned to Mango Casino, her funds were ready and waiting to be played, so too were the welcome offer of a bonus boost and spins.

A quick look at the wagering terms revealed the £100 bonus would need to be ‘played through’ to the value of £5K before a withdrawal could be made. The bonus spins showed no wagering requirements however, a quick trip to the promotions page revealed there to be 50x wagering with a max win limit of £20.

Thankfully, players are given the option to cancel bonuses manually via their account, so no need to contact support and wait for them to remove them on your behalf. Handy feature SpinWinGrin thought. Once both the casino bonus and spins were cancelled, our tester headed to the lobby with £150 to her balance.

Gameplay

SpinWinGrin was met with hundreds of gaming options. All of which were categorized for easier access: new, featured, slots, casino, live dealer, jackpots and casual games. Our tester chose Agent Jane Blonde Max Volume to start with. SpinWinGrin ended up playing many games, one of which was Tasty Treats. This latest Hacksaw Gaming release features a cluster-pays mechanic with random multipliers and a free games bonus round and luckily for our tester of the day, she got to witness all of those features in action. During the bonus round, multiple multipliers flew onto the reels and as a result, a super mega win of £169.24p was triggered, after all spins were played, a win of £181.52p was added to her bankroll.

The first thing our reviewer noticed was the only titles listed as ‘jackpot games’ came from Eyecon. However, there were plenty of other jackpots available when accessing games from the main slots lobby. Blueprint Gaming releases with their Jackpot King Network were also offered, including the hugely popular Slots O’Gold.

When attempting to play Book of Dead, a pop-up appeared informing our tester of her ‘active’ welcome offer of 20 spins. This same offer was manually cancelled and was showing as not active in her account.

Heading to live chat, she was informed of a waiting time of approximately 14-minutes. During this time, she was able to play other games. When support answered her query, they informed her that they too had removed the bonus spins offer and she would be free to play Book of Dead with her real money bankroll. Sadly, this was not the case. All-in-all, SpinWinGrin had to contact support 3 times and log in and out before the spins offer was eventually removed from the game.

Withdrawal

When it came to request a withdrawal, on January 20th, SpinWinGrin headed to the cashier and simply typed in the amount she wished to cash out, this being her remaining balance of £480.33p. Withdrawals are processed back to the last funding method used, meaning she would receive her funds via PayPal.

Less than 24-hours later, on January, Friday 21st, her funds, minus the £2.50p withdrawal fee, were placed into her PayPal account. No KYC or SOF documents were requested nor needed.

How Does Mango Casino Stack Up?

Mango Casino offers a huge variety of games, plentiful promotions and live chat on-hand should anything go wrong. The ability to remove bonuses manually from your own account is a plus too. The PayPal cash withdrawal was paid in less than a day, with no KYC or other identity checks needed for our tester of the day.

This information concludes this extensive test as part of the project From the Players, For the Players. If you are a member of Mango Casino or consider making a deposit, we hope this report provided some useful information.
