We are pleased to report an encouraging development and an inspiring story of always willing to make amends for past mistakes, as a brace of online casinos are off our Warning list and are now on a probation period – hopefully to fully rebuild their former reputation.
DomGame Casino and Irish Luck are under new management – Affalliance – who is working tirelessly on fixing all the controversies that had them join the infamous group of casinos best avoided.
It's Never Too Late to Mend
They both made the list on September 9th 2016 for similar reasons...
...After LCB received a plethora of complaints and distressed testimonies from our members about both casinos' support teams’ suspicious slowness to react, we decided to conduct a little investigation.
Little did we know it would lead us to uncovering a total disregard of players' needs and, above all else – a violation of their rights!
DomGame was found guilty of having poor and unreliable support, rarely (if ever) meeting registered users’ demands and easing their concerns with the professionalism that we have come to expect in this business.
Irish Luck did not justify its name and had no luck at all in this instance: they too had been put to a sword due to unresponsive customer service and upper management who didn't seem to care one bit about its players concerns.
Furthermore, their alleged Curacao license linked to an nonexistent page – which is enough of a red flag as it is!
New Management Under A Watchful Eye
Almost two and a half years later, the pair of bad-doers are turning their practices around (permanently we hope) – all thanks to a new ownership structure that is eager to set them off on a path of righteousness.
Affalliance is a company “passionate about casino, decisive about putting it to good use and transcending their passion to online gambling,” as the official site's introduction remarks.
Among their key service offers is the one thing the aforementioned casinos sorely lacked: a professional team of affiliate managers, available 24/7. This, coupled with retention oriented brands and world-class marketing tools, puts the combination of the brand's skills, dedication and experience at the forefront of the gaming industry.
The company already has several casino brands under its umbrella: Supernova Casino, BoVegas, Cherry Gold, Eclipse Casino and Two-Up Casino (most of them using Realtime Gaming platform), to name just a few, are already benefiting from their team's caring treatment...
...something we hope to see more of in the case of Irish Luck and DomGame!
We advise all our interested members to asses new management efforts and provide their feedback on their progress in our dedicated probation thread.

Ah, from the RTG casino names, I am still very pessimistic about their improvement. Not specifically regarding rogue RTG casino, but, their typical tactics were like rename and redesign its casinos after gouging innocent players enough, when there is no more new players coming... Ah, from the RTG casino names, I am still very pessimistic about their improvement. Not specifically regarding rogue RTG casino, but, their typical tactics were like rename and redesign its casinos after gouging innocent players enough, when there is no more new players coming... Being very skeptical, maybe, now RTG as a whole is going down because there are many other nice softwares which rogue casinos can't afford or are not entitled to by a kind of ownership checkup, etc. So, they are trying to doing it a bit better by cheating with "New Management" theme... Just a very skeptical thought.
