Back Aurum Joins Microgaming's Network of Exclusive Game Designers

There is a new name on Microgaming’s rapidly increasing list of game designers, as Aurum Signature Studios, a bespoke slot specialist formally teams up with one of the largest privately-held iGaming software companies in the world and its esteemed network of exclusive independent game designers.

As reported, Aurum is Microgaming’s first dedicated provider of slots whose game designs and themes are tailor-made and distributed exclusively for Microgaming operators.

A Knack for Innovation

After Alchemy Gaming, Neon Valley, Gameburger, Pulse 8, All41, Switch, Fortune Factory, Sling Shot, Stormcraft and Triple Edge, which make up the core of Microgaming’s content distribution, it is hard to imagine a more inventive and creative studio.

By collaborating with a variety of independent game designers, the Isle of Man based software titan has managed to bring the freshest form of iGaming content to the player, backed with original ideas and concepts. The platform has significantly advanced over the last few years, ensuring that its network remains at the very top in relation to creativity and diversity.

Even though it may seem a bit odd to enhance “the perfect line up” of studios with a brand whose name isn’t mentioned very often in the industry, Aurum Signature is in fact a proven innovator, with over 20 custom games in store. The developer specializes in producing casino products for operators in markets all around the world, and by joining forces with Microgaming, its exclusive range of online video slots for network-wide distribution will reach an even greater customer base.

Among the most distinguished titles is certainly A Tale of Elves that plays out on a festive 243-ways grid with stacked wilds and extra spins. Thanks to the agreement, it is now available exclusively on the Microgaming platform, promising a delightful amusement for Christmas.

John Coleman, CEO at Microgaming says:

“Our studios strategy sees Microgaming work closely with a variety of independent game developers to ensure our content remains varied and innovative. Aurum are a strong addition to our network, and will be helping to address increasing customer demand for uniquely personalised game content. We welcome the team on board.”

Madelein Özok, director of Aurum Signature Studios comments:

“We’re thrilled and honoured to team up with Microgaming. The sheer scale of the company means our games will have further reach via more tier-one operators than any other partner could have offered. It’s our mission to create exciting, innovative games, and we knew we were on the right track when Microgaming chose to exclusively launch Aurum as its bespoke provider.”

Smiling Santa and Fabulous Elves

After falling in love on first sight with Aurum’s mega cute cartoon-style Christmas slot, A Tale of Elves, it is good to know a thing or two about its symbols. Animated for jolly good times and holiday enthusiasts, the smiling Santa and elves are definitely the title’s biggest attraction; however, to start making progress, one must get acquainted with random scatter wins on a regular basis as well as complimentary rounds, random cash prizes and other extras…

Players can place bets between 30p and £12 a spin, while the average RTP is 95.07 percent. Still, it is possible to hit wins up to 50x total stake during the random cash feature, which usually triggers around every 19 spins. Users also need at least 3 Santa scatters to activate complimentary spins, leading to 200x scatter wins. Also, one gets to choose between 4 different bonus round options in this level.
