Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has completed its acquisition of Big Fish Games for $485 million and an earn-out payment of up to $350 million dependent on EBITDA growth next year.
The acquisition will see CDI move into the mobile and online games market with “new products, new customers, new geographies and new sizeable growth opportunities,” according to Bill Carstanjen, chief executive officer.

I have no idea who "churchill downs" are, and again what on earth is that name all about anyway? I cant work out what on earth its meant to mean, and where the hell do they get half a billion dollars from when the name means nothing to a hardcore online gamer?!? Bizarre :)
