SISAL intends to offer its 59,16 percent, or up to 77.5 million of its ordinary shares on the Italian Stock Exchange.
This Italian gaming group sets the price at Euros 6.3 to Euros 7.7 per share, reports Reuters news agency. Before this offer, the company was valued in the price range of Euros 645-790 million or $880 million-$1.08 billion. Investor meetings for Milan listing, already began last week, with Apax Partners LLP and Permira Advisers LLP participating, which own 36.4 percent of Sisal.
