The Danish Gambling Authority requested that local internet service providers restrict 5 online casinos after they ignore warnings to cease providing gaming services to Danish punters.
The Authority issued a statement explaining that has its eye out operators accessing the market without a Danish license.
"A large number of these websites have corrected their gambling offers so that they no longer contravene the Danish gambling legislation," according to the statement. "However, some websites continue to offer gambling activities without a licence.
"On Friday 28 March 2014 the city court of Frederiksberg decided to impose an injunction on the internet service provider "3", requesting them to enable a block on 5 illegal websites.”3" has 14 days to comply with the injunction and enable the blocking measure."

I agree with you Luminairee. I do find it surprising that 7Red Casino has the nerve to actually make a .DK site without even having the license to operate in Denmark

It's all about the legislation , it's not only Denmark where some sites have been prohibited. According to UE law , an operator who is willing to operate in country X has to buy licence in this country and do strictly with the country's law. This we see actually in Germany , France , and even in Poland most of sites have...
