Back Nevada Gaming Commission Approves Shuffle Master’s License

The third company to receive Nevada’s nod

After the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Nevada Gaming Commission approved Shuffle Master's license as a provider of interactive gaming systems in Nevada, making it the third company to achieve this.

The first two to get the license were IGT and Bally Technologies, and over 30 other applicants are still waiting for it.

Thanks to the license, Shuffle Master is now planning to offer online poker and other interactive games on a B2B basis to Nevada land operators. It has also been specified that the company’s next move is to have its technologies tested and certified by an independent testing agency approved by the state.

Another approval at the Thursday’s meeting was that of the Irish online bookie Paddy Power.
