Tut, short for Tutankhamon, is perhaps the favourite character when it comes to slot designers. The theme is a combination of ancient Egypt and the explorers who are unearthing it a few thousand years later. The music and audio effects are there but do not spice up the gameplay experience a lot. For one reason or another, the theme sits better than in most other games using the same material.

Temple of Tut uses the same old theme but has done it in a new and surprising way. Most importantly, the special features are worth the investment.
