Carnivale hit our TV screens and reinvigorated our interest in traveling acts and sideshows. This is three reeled video slot based on the acts, or people with special talents and abilities. It includes eight paylines, multiple betting options and offers three individual features.

Carnivale Theme

Freaky is the adjective we’d use to describe this slots appearance. In many ways this fits in well with the whole Carnivale way of life. The reels are surrounded by a cartoon style red curtain which includes some of the acts.

The reel icons also follow a whacky theme and include some of the key freak show attractions you’d expect to see at a traveling Carnivale. These include the bearded lady, monkey man, lizard woman, palm reader, alien and mad professor.

Carnivale Slot Features

Nine free spins will be awarded if four cat men appear in a diamond shape on the reels. These begin automatically and any prizes paid will use the bet in place when the feature was triggered.

If each character spins in with a red border you will win the ‘all red curtains’ bonus which is 16x your total bet. Just keep an eye on your icon borders to see if you have won.

The final feature is called hungry monkey and is triggered when an X pattern is formed with five monkey man icons. This replaces each icon with a picnic basket which you choose from to reveal up to 100x your stake. The hungry monkey thanks you before paying your prize and returning you to the main game.
