First I had to deal with the delays and deception surrounding my support ticket results. I was sent back and forth between the casino and the provider for the first week or two. Then after I finally got in writing that the results were sent to the casino and no information could be shared with me from the game provider, I contacted the casino with the message. Of course I was then told that they had not received any response regarding my ticket. And I had to again speak with the game provider's support and have them send the info again. and low and behold the next time I tried to reach out to a live agent, I discovered there is no longer a space for me to write a message. I can only view my previous messages (which has been wiped clean) and I can select home which takes me to a page where I should be able to send a new message, but there is nothing to click and no space to write. All of this over a bonus payout of less than $100 when I have deposited over $2000 on their website. Shame, shame, shame!

Then after I finally got in writing that the results were sent to the casino and no information could be shared with me from the game provider, I contacted the casino with the message. Of course I was then told that they had not received any response regarding my ticket. And I had to again speak with the game provider's support and have them send the info again. and low and behold the next time I tried to reach out to a live agent, I discovered there is no longer a space for me to write a message. I can only view my previous messages (which has been wiped clean) and I can select home which takes me to a page where I should be able to send a new message, but there is nothing to click and no space to write. All of this over a bonus payout of less than $100 when I have deposited over $2000 on their website. Shame, shame, shame!

From my experience, this casino seems pretty serious to me, which you couldn't say about its sister casinos. I've deposited once so far and it was uncomplicated, but I haven't had any experience or the opportunity to pay out until now.

I took advantage of that promo because I thought it was neat, but since then I've been having a couple issues with the website being really laggy (and we pay for the good fast internet here) and the live chat being advertised as being there 24/7 but they're not there half the time you're talking to a bot and they email you 12 hours later and a couple other small ( but many ) things that made me wonder how is this casino rated so high on all the review sites and then it clicked. The free 30$ reviews promo, so I just absolutely had to point that out as to not mislead people with my last review since we can't edit them.
