Very poor communication with rep and very long wait for any response. Also, the 50 free spins that you get or used to get apparently is no longer available. I took a screenshot of my conversation with the rep as proof of this. I'll be forwarding it to management.

Personally I do not like Rival powered casino because most of them are rogue but this one seems a legit one.
