I would like to report the disrespectful customer service at the McPhillips Casino. I had my birthday on July 1st and came to Casino to celebrate today July 5th. I came to the club customer service and asked about birthday 10 dollars free play, The lady 3392 997228 was really rude and disrespectful. She didn't answer just pointed to a new Birthday thing they offer. She seems not know English or just was unhappy for some reason. I felt like I was a bother for her. Shortly my mood was spoiled and playing in casino was not what I wanted to do after that. I did play a little just because I came with my friends and they wanted to stay longer. It was not my first time playing at casino but I never met anyone working in customer service so rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and was talking to Cherylaine. She was apologetic and asked me not to write anything online and that she would like to resolve the issue with the customer service person. She didn't care much how I felt it was important for her that it stays there and not go further.

More crowded, less games, had a hard time finding a slot machine (friday night before Covid). Prefer Club Regent Casino.

It's nothing to complain about, they recently started allowing you to spend your comp points on freeplay which is a nice touch but that being said i believe that's all 3 of the casinos here in winnipeg. The last commentor may not have been aware of shark club inside city place or maybe it wasn't open yet. out of the three...

considering there are only 2 casinos in Winnipeg this one is pretty good. It isn't the biggest or nicest inside but Ive had better play here and won quite a bit . Its in a gd location the service is really nice and they offer good perks . The dollar slots don't seem to be too tight and you can make a good day of it here...
